Came in on 1/31 for a slow tire leak. I was helped my Eric in services department. He was very professional and informative about how long I may be there. I was pleasantly surprised how fast the services department fix the issue and made sure nothing else was wrong. I maybe spent about an hour and half max. I love that all staff are very friendly.

Purchased a car from there a few months back. During the test drive we noticed the seat heaters weren't working. We stated multiple times that we are not going to purchase the vehicle unless we were assured the issue would be fixed. After being assured that the issue would be fixed without a problem, we made the purchase. I tried to setup an appointment at the two month mark after the purchase but never received a reply. I finally was able to set up an appointment at the 3 month mark and was told they would not fix the issue as the purchase was too long ago even though I was never given a time frame. Asked to be in touch with a manager and made 6 calls without a call back and even hung up on multiple times without saying a word. Car has been sitting there for 2 weeks as we have tried to resolve the issue and they are still refusing to fix the issue. They do not honor the word of their salesman and they will say anything to sell you a car.

Ivan and Harrison did an excellent job over-communicating and coordinating the repair of my truck -- I appreciated the time they spent speaking with me and trying to troubleshoot Toyota refusing to cover the repair. I was a little frustrated that the alignment had not been dialed in and ended up taking the truck to Firestone and they were able to get it squared away and driving well.

Came here for an appointment to look for a new car. I met with Christian and he was very helpful explaining the difference between my options on the new Corolla. When I got my car I met with Jason to do the financing part and he was very detailed and answered all my questions. Being a first time car buyer I had a lot of anxiety and Jason made sure I understood everything and was really nice and patient. I'm really satisfied with the service and happy with my new car. Felt pressure to have more repairs done at an expensive cost. Leaking radiator turns out to be from cheap hoses installed at this dealership Less than a year ago . The hoses I had originally were replaced about a year previous. Joey stated I needed these better hoses so I had him go ahead and replace them in July. Now they started leaking ,although no cost to me for this replacement it has been an inconvenience to me and took 3 days to fix. I do not think I will return to Toyota for service anymore

I think 5 hours for simple routine service is too much. I understand you guys are busy but you have to understand your customers are busy too. Bad experience with this dealer. The seller never explained anything to me about my new Highlander. He didn't tell me or explain about Toyota's services. They give you the car as if it were a used car. The worst. It was dirty. The white protector that he has from the factory was not properly removed and there were traces of this protector in the paint. The interior glass was dirty. My experience has been the worst, a Suv worth lot money and I receive a very indifferent delivery. The sellers don't even offer me water. I think the manager has to pay attention to the treatment that his sales people offer with customers and have quality attention.

Took my car in for 1 year maintenance and new tire. I left the trunk a mess with the flat tire, Jack, and everything else that comes to change flats as I was in a rush and they completely cleaned it and put it back properly. The time they gave that it was going to take was down to the minute. I was extremely impressed and definitely will make sure they are they only people who work on my car from now on.

Scheduled service, basically an oil change and rotating the tires. Trusting the vehicle would be ready for a trip of 1300 miles, only to find the right front tire down to 21 pounds as I was getting on the highway. No big deal except I don’t believe they did even check them. Hope they did the rest fluid levels etc but not confident!

Maintenance - guy had no idea I had a scheduled appointment even tho he introduced himself by txt the day before so you already know the computer does everything for them. Got another rep playing slots on his computer even though I’m waiting in line to be helped. Valet brought out the truck w the brand new air filter on my windshield as they forgot to switch out the old. Meanwhile valet is telling me they “prbly” switched it so I’m good to go. I went inside and lied to the hispanic lady saying “valet told me to double check” otherwise I knew I wouldn’t get help from that resting bface but it was still no luck. Just gave me my paperwork and ignored my inquiry. They’ll also tell you to not to come back for 1.5hrs so you arrange a ride and leave only to get a call back 40min Props to the last maintenance rep that was there who ended up helping me and actually apologized, though he wasn’t having it at first either and rightfully so since his coworkers were ALL gone and had to do their job for them.

I had an appointment early in the morning to service my new 2022 5,000 mile Toyota Highlander. I made the appointment early so that I could make it to work on time. When I arrived it looked like everyone in town had the same idea. I thought “oh no I’m not going to make it to work in time”. There were so many others . I looked at all of the reviews on Google Maps for the Toyota dealerships and for some reason this one was not the highest, but they definitely treated me a lot better than the other dealerships in town when I went in to buy a new car. They got me a great deal on something I actually wanted instead of trying to upsell me on something I didn’t and even a few weeks after the fact they’re still trying to check in and make sure everything is running the way I want it to.

Sat did an oil service, was fast in and out within a few hrs. Did not get my MPI sheet telling me my issues or concerns on my truck once again. I left the dealership and my truck had a very very bad shake while driving. By Wednesday my lower ball joint failed on me while driving causing alot of damage. Did the technician not inspect these or is that not on a MPI sheet? I know tacomas my year are infamous for these to fail but would of been great to have been caught while someone was under my vehicle to save me from 1) causing a major accident 2) a very expensive tow bill 3) more damages due to 1 failing part. You hear stories of "lube technicians" are bottom of the bucket at the shop and are mostly newbies but to me this is uncalled for. I go in for service and a MPI to save myself from failures like these. I'm very happy no one was harmed or worse killed but these issues happen I do understand parts fail, but isn't this also preventable if a technician sees something, says something, so the customer can do something?

I have owned my Prius V for 10 years now, and have worked done on the vehicle at several dealers in several different states (AZ, WA, NV). My AutoNation visit last week was the first one where I didn't feel a warm reception, nor a valued customer. I stood waiting to be waited on while employees conducted conversations among themselves. I was told there was a recall that needed to be taken care of, yet no one explained what the recall was. So far, the new battery is working fine, which is good, but I can honestly say I won't be returning to this dealership as I begin looking for a new car.

I was called and offered a complimentary oil change as I had not utilized their services in over a year. The oil change took 2 hours to complete but they were up front about the wait time. After completion, if found that during the inspection they marked multiple items as good that were apparently not serviceable or operational (I was aware of these issues and expected to have to discuss then with the service rep as I would have had them taken care of) anyway this makes me feel like I can’t trust that any portion of the service was actually completed and that the inspection wasn’t performed. When I went to check out the clerk told me I was being charged, but was able to correct it to the complementary oil change once I proved that they had called me and offered.

I'm a long time customer of the Sahara near Torrey Pines location since 2007. I wouldn't take my Camrys anywhere else for service. Tim Phyllis is my Service Rep and has been almost from day (1) one. As with everything today, the price is expensive but I'd rather give it to them an somewhere else with NO warranty.

I have a 2021 Venza and made a 15k mile maintenance appointment for December 23rd the scheduler said it was covered with Toyota Care but when I arrived & spoke with service person they said it goes by the manufacturer date not calendar year or date of purchase. I said just I wanted my car back then b/c dealership is too expensive for just an oil change & fluid top off so they he tried to sell me a $285 package for 5 services that would be valid for 3 years, and said it's basically like getting 5 oil changes half off. Um do they really charge over $100 for an oil change?! I got it anyway but then the paperwork he gave me said the 5 services have to be used in 2 years...I asked him why he told me 3 years & he said it's still good a year after expiration? It all seems shady which sucks b/c my last service experience was good there w/a different service agent.

I called in and told the person on the phone what I needed to be done. I was then promised a loaner car as I was pressed for time. When I arrived, my service advisor wasn't particularly friendly and gave me zero eye contact. Then I was told I was not getting a loaner vehicle because it was only a service, and they don't give out loaners for this. Even though my dome light was not working with the door and also I had a fuse that was loose. He said I would have to pay $100 for the fuse issue without really asking me the details assuming I broke it or something. I basically was lied to about the loaner car and this advisor didn't really seem to care about my issues. Not getting a loaner car, not getting my two other issues addressed, and having to wait over an hour for only one thing to get done on my vehicle made this a terrible experience. Your organization has poor communication skills and poorly trained, lackadaisical employees and I will never come here again.

After 2 1/2 years of driving my Camry from AN Toyota, my battery died. After a jump start, I drove to my dealership and the battery was quickly replaced, no charge, compliments of Toyota care. This is what I have come to expect from my dealer. No nonsense professionalism, no excuses, they back up their promises with deeds. I enjoy dealing with these guys. I am into my fifth lease with this dealership and will only deal with them. They are reliable!

Every time I stop by for my scheduled maintenance, it's either agents are chitchatting amongst each other without acknowledging the client or they're all on the phone, sometimes, they'll make eye contact without saying a word. A simple "We'll be with you shortly" can go a loooong way.

Thank you for this opportunity! I took my 2014 Toyota Avalon Hybrid to Auto Nation Toyota on W. Sahara AV in Las Vegas, NV, on December 9, 2022 for a road trip check up; my service manager was David Schuerman. Everything in my car was working very well when I drove into their business. It is my understanding that only certified mechanics work on the vehicles. What I wanted checked were the following: check all fluids and top off, check wipers, check any belts, check the batteries, the regular check off list for a road trip. Mr. Scherman comes to me in the waiting room saying the 12v battery has a bad cell and tested low, would I want a new 12v battery? How much money? He quoted $230 something and I said, yes. After a short while David comes back and says he was told the wrong price, it was actually $500 and Toyota would sell it to me for cost, $284. I said OK. A short time later, David returns to me and says after the installation of the 12v battery the Avalon's radio, GPS, CD player, back up camera, bluetooth cell phone operation, perhaps more, are no longer operational! The display screen was black for all of these things. The cost would be $4000 to replace the radio, etc. As I said previously, ALL of these items worked very well before the installation of the 12v battery. After talking to Ivan Mandapat the Service Manager, the replacement cost would be mine to deal with. Mr. Mandapat said Eric Swartz, shop foreman, performed the service. He figured because the car was 8 years old, the radio was ready to quit on me. He suggested I go other places for a replacement radio at a lower price. Again, my radio, my bluetooth cell phone, GPS, CD player, backup screen, etc. was working very well. There were NO warning icons on my information screen saying there was a problem with anything. A loaner car from Toyota was provided for my trip, at no cost to me. I guess not! I am very upset about this. I have been going to this Toyota dealer for 20 years, Desert Toyota then Auto Nation Toyota. I am hoping Auto Nation will step up and do the right thing by me and be responsible for paying for repairs. Something is just not right here.

I bought a 2018 Audi A4 from this place and in less than two months from the purchase the vehicle is having all sorts electrical and mechanical problems, leaking anti-freeze, issues with the thermostat, etc. When I called to speak to the sales manager, Paulo was quite dismissive and condescending when speaking to me and showed no regard for what I had to say and even hung up on me while I was in the middle of talking. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful in my opinion. I am very disappointed with my purchase and definitely don't plan on purchasing a vehicle from an AutoNation dealership ever again, considering their vehicles turn out to be defective in the first two months and then management treats their customers poorly when the customer brings up the issues with the vehicle to them. You are better off going to a Carmax dealership. I've always been treated politely and with respect there.

Had oil change on 12/16 at 9:30 am at Sahara Toyota AutoNation. Left the facility at 11:30 am and no issue identified as shown on the summary worksheet. David was very professional and easy to work with. However at 1:00 pm when i left my house and started the car, there was “check VSC system” shown on my dashboard screen. I called David and left VM. He promptly returned my call and asked to bring the vehicle back the next day to be checked. Nothing further mentioned. In addition i did signed up for the prepaid oil change program for $285. The next day 12/17 at 8:15am i was at the dealership again. However, David was off and i was assisted by Kevin. He was rude and unprofessional. As I explained my issue and said David asked me to come in today. Kevin replied “oh, david never work on Saturday. You need to pay $185 to get the car checked.” I asked him whether there is limited warranty to cover for the fee considering the issue came out not even 24 hrs after the oil change. He said not until i agreed to pay, otherwise he couldn’t do anything and found out the issue. He left me with no choice. I felt i was mistreated and this was a very bad service experience. I had been a long time customer with the dealership and all recommended services, i always choose this dealership. I don’t mind paying the fee at all if needed but considering the attitude and the fact that the issue came out as soon as i left the dealership. Shouldn’t this be at least complimentary service. The 2nd checkup recommended a replacement of oil valve that will cost over $1500. I declined to have it done with your dealership after my 12/17 experience. I hope management can offer more training on customer service and owning the problem. Not all customers are not reasonable. There are a lot of things that I understand need to go by the book, but sometimes it’s worth to analyze the overall situation and consider exception. Overall, in customer service industry, the products are similar but the people inside are the one who makes the difference. Thank You for your time to read my lengthy feedback.

I recently bought a vehicle from them and it started having issues a day after I bought it. So I returned it to the dealership autonation talks about “hassle free returns” and it’s been nothing but a hassle. When I went in to bring the car back I was shuffled around the dealership very quickly and barely given any information at all about the return process. Since then I have called at least 15 times and left messages with the finance manager John who has yet to call me back. I also talked to a different manager just a few days ago who told me he would get me more info and would call me back but that never happened either. They’re very nice when you’re going to give them money but after that have fun finding any help.

We were advised to come back before 6 and we were waiting in the lobby since 530. We never received a phone call or notification. I had to walk over to Joey Martinez who helped me out. Luckily he was there or else I wouldnt have gotten my car. Big shoutout to him. It is UNACCEPTABLE to not give customers a courtesy phone call prior to leaving. If joey wasnt there to re-write the bill for my car, i wouldnt have gotten my car that night. Advisers make a difference in your service.

Got an email with a coupon for a full synthetic oil change. Great I thought as that’s what my car requires. I took it in, showed the service advisor the coupon and he said my Lexus didn’t qualify that it was for Toyotas only. But the coupon didn’t say anything about that. Worse, they scuffed the heck out of my door sills.

I had given this business a bad review in the past and my daughter took her vehicle there a few times and it seems like they turn things around for the better. I had service done to my vehicle and noticed that the GM has done a great job with customer service. After that bad experience in the past Gm personally emailed with corncern about my experience. Great dealership. Comfortable place while waiting. Wait time is not bad. Staffs are helpful. Mechanics should be more diligent on small stuffs when working on the engine like wiping oil spills, and cleanup on their work.

After receiving a critical recall notice I was able to schedule an appointment convenient to me online via a link in the notice. I was met by courteous, helpful staff and was given an estimate of 3-4 hours to complete the work (it took 3), so instead of tapping my foot impatiently and wondering aloud how much longer it will take, I caught an Uber home and took a beautiful nap. Almost too soon I received the call that my car was ready, so I summoned another Uber (my choice, since they have a shuttle that can take you home and fetch you back). And as a final surprise... there were no surprises! No hidden fees, no taxes, no surcharges: they said the recall repair was free and they meant it; yet I was treated throughout the process like a potentially profitable paying customer. Well done, folks! Happy holidays and thank you for making me safe in my car!

The worst dealership in the town . Totally avoid them . I was signing for 60 months financing and I went to my bank to bring a cashier check for my down payment and the guy flip it to 72 months for the same pay monthly with out my knowledge. I believe his name is Jason( not sure ) but he works with you with the final paper works. Avoid them ! I said this million times avoid them .

Not satisfied with the service at this dealership. We purchased a package for our Rav4 for service our vehicle. during the visit, the person did bot acknowledge we had the plan and decide to charge us 38.00 for a simple tire rotation. We called Toyota and they said that any vehicle information about the vehicle should be available by entering the Vin number. This store is trying to take advantage of their customers. Not recommended.

Horrible customer service, and unknowledgeable staff. Brought my car here for an oil change and happily found a coupon for a special they are currently running. Trying to redeem that promotion I was shown huge distaste and resistance by the service representative who acted like I made the promotion up. Three hours of waiting later, I stand in front of the same representative to get an update on my vehicle because no one else would help me, and I stood in front of him for 20 minutes while he was on the phone before he finally ended the call. Who knows how long my car had been finished and he made no attempt to contact me, he then proceeded to not honor the promotion I came in with and when I mentioned it he ran around for an additional 10 minutes before sending me to the cashier without any sort of apology for his mistake or behavior or any kind of service professionalism.

This dealership barely contacted me 3 months later about a catalytic converter replacement. Honestly is this a joke? I had the catalytic converter fixed somewhere else in the month of September, now it's December and the Toyota on Sahara is barely telling me they received the part. If I had waited until they received the part I probably would of lost my job and not had gone anywhere in three months. I'm sure this phone call had to been some sort of sick holiday prank otherwise this is simply awful service.

LYING AND CHEATING!!!! Service mechanic cross threaded my oil drain plug and then they tried to turn around and tell me that’s gonna cost me $800 for a new oil pan and cannot Admit that they messed up my car that’s what kind of service is going on today getting to a point where you can’t trust anybody I’m very bummed out about it I’ve been going there for almost 10 years and now I can’t go back. I have over 35 years as an elevator mechanic I know there’s only a few ways that you can mess up threats and is to cross thread are over stress them by tightening too much. threads do not wear out on their own they should last forever. And for the animated response from the general manager I did try calling him three times and emailed him three times and no response so don’t think for a minute that they do care. And there is a much cheaper way to fix your oil pan. Do not pay big money research first….

Brought my truck in for a 9:15am appointment with David for a running board install. Did not get a call nor text message about it being done so, I was waiting for hours wondering why it was taking so long. At around 12:30pm I went to David's kiosk to ask him status but he wasn't there so I thought maybe he was on a lunch break. Again, I waited. Still no call or text message about the status of my vehicle. At 2:00pm I was finally able to ask someone, not David, about the status of my vehicle.Then, I found out that he had an emergency and that my case was handed out to another rep. I was told that my paperwork was at the cashier so, I went there to check. To my disappointment, I found out that my service was done at 11:10am. I was furious that no one had bothered to inform me about it. Had I not inquire of the status, I would have been sitting there for a longer time. Terrible service!

Would not recommend. They charged us $599 to tint 2 windows on our new vehicle and told us it wasn’t optional. Offered us $2,000 less than Carmax for our trade in. When we went to pick up paperwork for our registration all the employees were in huddles talking. When we finally bothered someone to help us, we were sent to an unmarked window. No one was at the window as we waited and waited. Finally we had to bother someone else. We do like our vehicle and our salesman was good initially.

Literally the best truck buying experience I've ever had. I have always been a Ford man. I knew toyotas were nice. But no idea they were better. I walked in and bought a TRD Pro while wearing my Ford Belt Buckle. Just went back to autonation. Bought a 2018 jeep wrangler pre-owned. Tal was my primary salesman and Oleg was my online salesman. Both did an outstanding job. My original salesman was Tanner. Also amazing. He's been promoted to manager since my first purchase. Zero surprise. He was incredible. Outstanding experience across the board. Pretty sure I even remember my finance guys name. Kevin. I don't remember names easily. This is the best place to buy a vehicle in LV.

The porter wrecked my car while I was waiting inside and the service advisor knew about the accident while I was still there but refused to say anything and didn’t seem to think I needed a rental. It turns out the bumper needed to be replaced which took two weeks and the dealer would not compensate me for the depreciation in value of my car. I was told that they would “take care of me” when I purchase a new car but refused to put anything in writing.

Bought my car at an auto nation in AZ who knew I was from out of state. They sold me mx plan and extended warranty for over $3000 and said it was good anywhere in U.S.A. When I got back to Las Vegas they cannot find extended warranty in system and AZ is not returning my calls. Never had this problem with the many Subarus I’ve owned. Very disappointing ! Also a simple oil change took almost 3hours wait, even though I had previously made an appointment. Also, Subaru always offered me a car wash when I had my car serviced, not so at Auto Nation.

Almost everything was fine. Had an appointment already scheduled. So I was surprised the entire visit for oil change only took about 45 minutes after being told 1 1/2 hr. However, as I drove home and checked my air pressure, they only put air in 3 of 4 tires. Three tires had 38 psi and one (front passenger side) was at 32 psi. Small details like this show that mechanic was rushing his work. Bought the car there so I get 5 oil changes, otherwise I would've went to Findlay where I service my Tacoma.

First time at this dealership, as we just moved from out of state. Car was due for 15,000 mile service. Service rep Jonathan L. was professional and listened to a few items that were not working well with the car. Turns out that upon inspection, tire pressures were uneven, which in turn affected suspension & steering. (We complained about steering issues during 10K service at our previous IL dealership, and all they could tell us was everything “was up to spec). It was clear that they did not do anything to address things. But, finally problem solved!

When you have a service appointment, things tend to run pretty smoothly - in and out in a couple of hours. I always wait, I don't live close. The waiting area is nice. Free wifi. Clean bathrooms. The staff is generally friendly. Minus 1 star - they used to have donuts & coffee for those waiting, and wash cars after servicing them. Unfortunately, ALL the monster corporations are cutting back service and maintaining or raising prices, which is hard to understand. I get my service done at AutoNation because I got a prepaid service plan when I bought my 2021 Rav4 Hybrid XSE. As I mentioned, AutoNation is quite a drive from my home in Enterprise. I wonder how they will try to keep my business after that plan is finished...

Stay far far far away from this dealership. There was a brake recall that they wanted to charge $181 to diagnose. Then they wanted to charge me $91 for an oil change when it clearly says $75. Spoke with 2 advisors and they were both cocky and wanted to help as little as possible and charge as much as possible. Avoid at all costs. When I bout the vehicle they told me that I had to pay $599 for tint and it wasn’t optional. Even though the tint wasn’t on yet. They didn’t tell me that the registration wasn’t included in the financing. They told me I could register it online. When I went to get the paperwork nobody was at the unmarked window and I had to bother three different salespeople to help me. Then I received the paperwork to register the car and it said that the vehicle doesn’t qualify for online registration. So I have to go to the DMV. The dealership also offered me $2,000 less for my trade than Carmax.

I brought my camry to do a service for oil change at 4th October. The unprofessional employee damage my car druing the service. I appreciate they gave me an rental car and promise to repair the car. However, after two weeks, they told me my car was STOLEN!!! I went to the police department and asked the detail of my car and felt bad every day. Althouht my car was found by the police , I did not get an satisfied answer to SOLVE the case and I loss my own property in the car and there has some drugs for the thief in the car. I don't know what the thief did in my car. The car was dirty and bad smell, I felt uncomfortable when I sitting in the car. I don't thinks they respect to their client and take good care of the car.

This is a money making dealer. They overcharged customers for the Multi Inspection without letting the customer know that there is a charge, this happened to me last week. I already paid the $1,117.00 for a front brakes, new tires with alignment & oil change, then charging me again fir $540.07 for sensor that was not put in. They totally take advantage of customers. We made a service appointment for 110k mile service and in the appointment details I wrote that our alternator needed to be checked because we’ve through 2 batteries in 6 months. When we got to the service desk Mark had no idea about the alternator. (Not his fault but the website or appointment system needs to be evaluated) We dropped our 2013 Sienna off at 8:30. Mark called at about 1 pm to advise that the service should be completed within the next few hours. About 5 pm my husband called his mobile number to get an ETA for pickup. The call went to voicemail and after an hour both he and I were frantically calling to be able to pickup our van because we knew they closed at 6 pm. I had assumed I could provide payment over the phone and pick up the car from a sales person. We called the dealership number only to be told they couldn’t get ahold of anyone and they weren’t on site. My husband does home renovations and uses the van for work so we needed the van back because we were not told to find another alternative for transportation or work and the van also had the base for our baby’s car seat! We drove to the dealership and I spoke with a mechanic named Cesar about our situation. We found that our van had been ready for a while but all the cashiers had left for the day so we couldn’t take the van home. Cesar was kind enough to contact Mark and got him to come back in to the dealership since he had already left for the day. When waiting at Mark’s station we found our paperwork with my husband’s cell number on a sticky note sitting on his desk. There was no other paperwork to have gotten lost in the shuffle. Mark came in and apologized profusely stating that he had dropped the ball. He ended up taking $200 off and offered us a courtesy service. While driving home we found that our passenger window motor no longer works. I’m not accusing the service department of causing the problem but I just find the timing of the motor “breaking” very suspicious. Needless to say I will not be going back to AutoNation and I will advise anyone who will listen to avoid this dealership as well.

If you go to AutoNation Toyota in Las Vegas, make sure you ask for Don (Don Chiao) Very very attentive and was able to teach my how to "use" my car lol. (Not many salesman know about the car enough to show you what you never knew you needed) He was very knowledgeable! He connected me with Jason in financing who was 100% on it! Pros: Leo was our sales person, he had good manners and had class. He was very patient with us, sat with us all afternoon, answered every question we had. You can tell he was properly trained and experienced. He didn’t give off any vibe that he was bothered by us even though we practically had his time for a good 5 hours. He even walked with us in scorching heat to show us the camry xse that we have purchased. He let us test drive it. He didnt give us any pressure to buy. He is very knowledgeable and honest with his facts. He offered us water multiple times. He always gave us that welcoming vibe. We had actually went to tesla, lexus, honda and carmax around the area. Leo gave us the best value for our trade in. We were not even entertained half as good in carmax and honda around the area compared to this autonation toyota las vegas. Ultimately we got the best value and experience for our purchase of our 2021 toyota camry xse. The people from financing were very accommodating too. Easy to talk to dealership, no one seemed stressed. No one looked like they wanted to steal your money. They were family friendly. The staff here works hard for their clients and they didnt seem stressed or mad compared to the other dealerships we went through. Cons: there was no free food. They were selling microwavable foods with no microwave in sight. The free coffee was a mystery to navigate. The bathrooms were subpar but clean enough. It is a very busy dealership, they have no new cars on display during our time of purchase, as with the rest of the valley. The internet was teribble, and you don’t get cell signal. The layout of the dealership itself was confusing, their floor plan didn’t seem to have a guiding purpose, it seemed all randomized. There was alot of clutter in desks.

I took my car in for and oil change and not only did they let me bring my own oil they also were able to find out that I had 2 recalls on my 03 4R and took care of it the SAME DAY! Outstanding customer service, and I’m not even the original owner. They also did a complimentary Clorox disinfect ($40 value). Best part I only paid $37 for my oil change AT THE DEALERSHIP! I will be coming here from now on.

Just called about a Corolla Hatchback that's listed as NEW on the website. Called em and they said it wasn't available on a waitlist. When I said I wasn't interested if I would be put on a waitlist, they rudely hung up on me before I finish asking if there was anything used. They have told me they cant pay me untill they get the title, but when I said ok well let's unwind this deal I want my car back they say they cant do that they sold my car. They snuck in a extended warranty. So I told him this. He still kept asking me if I wanted gap insurance, I kept telling him I don’t want any gap insurance or any extended warranties. The sales rep who was helping me purchase my new car didn’t know anything about it. I originally ordered a different one because I had certain things I required I ended up doing my own research and found out it didn’t have it so told him to cancel my order we luckily did find a better one in the end though. Also my car was missing some key parts that I paid extra for and the sales rep said those didn’t come with mine, when I said they did he just never responded to my text he didn’t care anymore since I already purchased the car. The prices of the vehicles are fair but don’t expect any help or knowledge from the staff. Just feels like they want to sell you anything and get you out the door. After my paperwork was done they just handed the keys and said vehicle was outside it’s a small thing but should walk you out to your new car if you just spent so much money with them.

After finding the car I wanted (at an amazing price) on Cars.com, I jumped on the opportunity and contacted the dealership. Its very easy get an appointment for car services from start to finish. My advisor was Ivanchris and I should say I was treated very good. I dropped my car off early in the morning, got the service and picked it up noon time as promised. He explained why I needed the additional services and why it is recommended. Would definitely go back here the next time.

I had to wait a week to get an appointment to get an oil change, The reason the phone person gave me was since I wanted to wait for my auto only so many appointments were open so that I wouldn't be sitting in a crowded waiting room because of Covid rules. There was exactly 2 other people in what I'd call the waiting area and the room is huge so I could have moves 10 feet away from anyone. When I arrives the service writer did NOT have his mask on and maybe a third of the employees seen in the lobby( they have on bright red shirts so easy to tell who works there) had their masks below their nose which is about the same as no mask. waited 1 1/2 hours . A disappointing experience I know it was a minimal service but I suspect the attitude is the same in all departments. I am shopping for a 2022 Tacoma and will be looking anywhere but Auto Nation

Left car 🚙 at 10 am for an oil change, needed to pick it up at 5 PM. Also, this Toyota dealership does not offer coupons for your oil changes. When I lived in Miami, Kendall Toyota would always send me text messages for oil change discounts and they would also send emails. I booked an appointment and they did not even send an email confirmation nor a text message, or a call to remind. Do not recommend this location to no one. Stay safe everyone.

Way overcharged for labor on simple items. It should not be $36.95 for a cabin air filter change. Absurd. Michael was unhelpful when I brought this to his attention. Chris Roth the service manager was also rude and offered no apology or clear explanation but simply said “we could have charged you for every time the mechanic touched the car but we didn’t” Will never be back here. Rude unhelpful staff who only cares about upselling you to get more money.

They’re fully aware of their 2-3 hour WAIT TIME for those who make appointments. Everyone waiting on their vehicles complained; no one says anything. Multiple people waiting outside were asked if the were picking up a vehicle and their responses “eventually.” They’re short staffed or multiple call outs or whatever the reason. The problem is they make TOO many appointments for their people to handle. If I can drop my vehicle off at another Toyota dealership and it takes 45 mins, why does it take 3 hours for the same car to get the same routine maintenance here? “Well they don’t do as many vehicles as we do.” Ok so maybe you should focus on fewer vehicles because your quality of service is LACKING big time.

Service was excellent!! Ivan estimated that the car would be serviced within three hours and he accomplished the service well within his estimate. The four new Cooper tires were replaced and tire pressure warning valves/xmtrs were reinstalled. Wheel alignment were also completed timely and within budget. Kudos to Ivan for a job well done.

My most recent service (45,000 miles) was fine. David Scheurman is always very efficient, friendly, and helpful. One minor note. I mentioned to David is that I have been having trouble getting Google Maps to work through my Bluetooth connection. For some reason, it no longer verbalizes the directions. David tried to help, noting he is not very technically oriented. When he was unable to resolve the issue, he suggested I check with the sales staff, some of whom are more familiar with the technology. I stopped by at the reception desk and they seemed uninterested in helping. After a bit of prodding one of the two gentlemen at the desk came out, fiddled with it for a few minutes and then said he had no idea what to do. He did not seem receptive to my suggestion that perhaps one of the younger sales persons might be more adept. Small thing but perhaps it said something about customer service on the sales side of the house.

Had an appointment at 1pm was told if I waited would be around 1 1/2 hr wait. Arrived 20 minutes early was told 2 two 2 1/2 hour wait because of walk ins. Received car 4 pm Why make an appointment for this kind of service of a front end alignment. Service advisor was very condescending stood at counter in front of him and had to wait for him to finish his personal business on his phone before he wouldn’t even acknowledge I was in front of him.

This team is amazing. After having a bad experience at Findlay, where I had purchased my last two Toyotas, I walked into this dealership hoping to get a Highlander. I know this is not the best market to buy a car; however, the lease on my Tacoma was coming up and we needed a bigger car since we’re expecting another baby in September. We dealt with Courtney and she was extremely pleasant to work with. I never felt like I was being pressured into buying something and didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of as a buyer. The price sheets they presented were transparent and detailed. Even when I left to present the estimates to my wife, Courtney was responsive and kept sending me updated price sheets via email for comparison. We ended up buying a Highlander platinum and we love it so far. This was a pleasant buying experience for me and my family and we will definitely come back to see Courtney when we need another car. My family and I were 5 states away from home, passing through Las Vegas, when my 2021 Toyota broke down. This was on a Friday afternoon and the temperature was 117° out! We managed to get it to AutoNation just shortly before they closed. Brittney, at the service desk, put us in a loaner for the night and reassured us that she would have someone look at it first thing in the morning. Grateful not to be completely stranded, we went to a hotel and hoped for good news. The next day Brittney kept us informed and updated at every turn. Brought my Corolla in because of a rattling noise near the engine , found out it was the water pump. When I brought up I had a Car Shield protection that covered that part was immediately told they don?t accept Car Shield , called car shield and was told they should accept it . Went ahead and had it repaired and am trying to get reimbursement from Car Shield. Trouble checked at check out with cashiers sand they told me they never heard of it. I assume they say that because their trying to push customers to Toyota Care. Side note it?s two weeks later and I?m still try to get reimbursement, I paid $2000 over the last 16 months for the coverage and neither company Car Shield or Autonation seem to really care.

Tire's Rotated, computer system updated and car washed completed in an hour. I was waiting in the lounge while car being serviced. All was completed. As I was driving away, a call came in via Bluetooth as I answered the call the system cut off. Which is the prior problem I had been having. Finance guy Sergio was persistent as xxxx and basically said Toyota factory warranty of 5 years or 60k miles is useless and when we kindly told him no thank you several times about an extended warranty his attitude went from nice to xxxxxxx instantly. Sad that Sergio started out so nice and when he didn?t get the sale his second face came out. Hopefully they have cameras in the finance office to watch his change in attitude. I doubt anything will be done about this since Sergio shares the same last name as the GM of the dealership and that is probably why he is allowed to get xxxxty with people. Hello everyone! My dad and myself have bought 3 separate white Toyota Corolla's at AutoNation. I went yesterday to buy my 4th car there, only to find out that 1 hour later, my salesperson came back to me with the most terrible of offers on a brand new RAV 4 - In fact the offer was soooooooooo bad, it was actually offensive. I then walked over to my normal salesperson that I had just bought a car from a few years earlier, yes he was still working there, and he went on and defended her - AutoNation actually wanted $12,000 dollars down on a 30 month lease, and approximately $200 dollars a month - There was no discount for me whatsoever, even thought I have bought a total of 4 different vehicles at The AutoNation/Toyota/Nissan in the last few years. Not only was there no discount whatsoever, but they actually raised the price on me approximately $1,600 dollars and called it some kind of silly name to it to justify ripping me and other people off. It's weeks later and they are still making us come back to get the fob (they said the car had two keys and then we had to jump through hoops [2-hour wait] to get the second key fob) and floor mats installed (that someone said had to be done by them). I had less trouble buying my house with lousy credit than I did buying this used car from Autonation with fabulous credit. The car was at a good price and exactly what I wanted or I'd have walked but if you're going to buy from this place, make sure you plan to spend all day or several half days doing it because they're a "high-volume" sales floor and once you're on the hook, they'll take forever to get it done.

NEVER EVER go to the service department here. Even if it’s free because it will cost you your sanity. Completely incompetent, unorganized, & liars. After sitting for over 2 1/2 hours to fix a nail in the tire (that by the way they said wasn’t there last week) I’ve been told multiple times it’s almost done only to have a manager tell me they were starting mine next. WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT??? & how is it that last week they said tire was great and I drove straight to Discount tire and they immediately found giant nail!!?? Free to fix here so I came back. I should have just bought a new tire at Discount. For the record- the sales side of this business is AMAZING 🤩

I went online to the website and saw the one I liked. Communicated back and forth with the dealership by text, email, and phone. Within a day we agreed on the price. Unfortunately, the day after the purchase I saw the odometer reading was about 600 miles more than what was told me. The meter was set on TripA and not the odometer. TripA had about 10 miles when I was test driving it. When I signed the paper work it represented as 15 miles. So it seemed close enough because I test drove it and they had to prep the car for delivery. But the next day I saw the big difference as I was going through the manual to familiarize myself with the car. I contacted my sales rep and met the next day at the dealership. I was told that the general manager was using that car as a demo, resulting in the added mileage. Even though it was still a new car, it was a big emotional letdown to find out that way. We negotiated additional monetary compensation for their mistake. Overall I was satisfied with the final outcome and am happy with my purchase.

Where should we start... probably by reading the recent reviews left by fellow yelpers. It won’t take long to see that this establishment doesn’t care too much about customer service. This dealership will have you commit, set up a time to pick up your vehicle and sign documents.. only to sell it out from under you. The GM knowingly aware of the transaction and dealings., still agreed to sell vehicle out from under us.. not a phone call, text, or email.. just plain poor or lack of customer service concern.. Dealerships want the customer to commit.., and will hold them to the fire, but will pull back their commitment at anytime. Do yourself a favor, don’t waste your time.. or your gas or your emotion.. find another Toyota Dealer

Great experience leasing a new Camry sales manager was great did exactly what he said offered us the lease or .9% Toyota financing but chose the lease. I would say the only minus was financing trying to up sale us expensive added warranties and that the salesman never explained the features etc of new Camry which would’ve been extremely informative so we ended up learning on the fly on way home. Also never received the complimentary Toyota care agreement with our contract number to receive the 2 year service. Other than then that definitely most easy transaction on buying a car I’ve had the hardest part was deciding to lease or buy. Would recommend.

Came in for a oil change everything was pretty average customer service was okay not bad I've seen worse. Nothing that really screamed over the top friendly , the guys who take your car and move it up the line where actually friendlier over all though everyone was pretty professional. When it came time to grab our truck back it took longer than usual they where extremely busy but the lady and someone on the other radio kept messing up the numbers so they had a hard time finding out truck two people after us got there vehicle faster than us. I would have to say invest in better quality radios .

I guess my question is why make an appointment if you are going to wait for over 2 hours for a basic oil change? I know this isn't one of the "Speedy" or "Jiffy" oil change chains, but seriously..OVER 2 hours?!? There was a cooler with complimentary bottles of water, and the bathrooms were nice and clean. But a heads up, or an update after an hour would have been nice.

Worst experience ever. I am a spouse of an active duty military member and returned a lease vehicle early. Two months have past since I returned the lease and I get a call from Toyota financial collection agency stating I owe the two months payment. They state this local deal never processed the SCRA correctly. Toyota financial cannot fix the issue with this dealer and after many calls to this dealer and messages there has been no resolution.

Autonation Toyota is a great dealership, they go above and beyond any other dealership I have been to. I have a 2019 Toyota Camry that is still under factory maintenance. They get me in and out quickly and also informed me that they had parts in stock for a recall on my vehicle. Even though the warranty service was less than one day they still gave me a loaner vehicle. Amazing service from all employees.

Everything was great except when I come back to change some things on the contract the finance manager, Scott, gave me some attitudes by saying he couldn't do anything. After all the big talks, I got help from sale manager allowed me to redo contract to way I want. I know it is business but it's too much with all the pushes. Scott need to change his way in customer service.

Great service, a repair shop I can trust to fix a problem that won't come bite me back in the future. I had a new water pump installed a few years back and here I was again with it leaking. I think it must have been due to them not using a Toyota part. I am always treated well and totally informed. All repairs are done in a timely manner. Thanks you guys at Toyota Service Center.

Easy when directed by Edmunds website. It still took over 3 hours and it was a cash sale. We are from California and our rep, Jack Rasmussen, told us they registration take care of all registration. After 6 weeks of waiting Jack told me to contact their agent in California. They updated me on requirements for a smog check, an additional $60. I expected Jack to take care of the extra costs and even after sending him a receipt for the work I have heard nothing. Don’t buy a car from Autonation if you live in California. Within a week of purchase the service dept advised me of the first service appointment. I’m back in Vegas for the week and service knew nothing of the appointment. We have family in Vegas and visit often, but we won’t visit Autonation.

I really tried to control myself not to waste time writing a review against this business. I have a very bad experiences on them before but yesterday I went there again. After few years of doing my services at another dealership is that, I went there yesterday because I have an upcoming trip that I need my service done ASAP. If you don't care about getting charge a hefty amount for a simple service, this is the right spot. I promise never ever this branch in Vegas. A basic tune-up with replacement of spark plugs for my 2017 SUV is $787. They charged me $35 for a $18 Gasket, Air Surge Tank to Intake Manifold. And $25.43 for a $12 spark plug. My own quote btw comes from Toyota's own website. I walked out paying $1,030 for basic maintenance stuffs but the huge portion of payment was on "basic tune up". I don't reap anything from putting down a bad review on them but this is my honest experience. I am gonna stick to my other service dealership even it's farther from me. I learned a lesson out of my pocket. . Below is what I paid for. Again, the labor is pretty much about replacing spark plugs and the basic tune-up which is pretty much a visual inspection.

Got it going and went to my Toyota dealer and they took me in immediately and took care of it. New battery and serviced my car to bring it to where it should be. This was my first experience with purchasing a car through the internet. All 3 Toyota dealerships offer internet sales. Of the 3 dealerships, only AutoNation Toyota's internet sales agent Sandra Mguiss understood how to make the transaction internet based. The other 2 dealerships uses 'internet sales' purely as a ploy to get you to go there and deal in the old fashioned way. Sandra responded very quickly and responded exactly how I requested. We came to agreement with a second interaction. This took a total of 30 minutes to come to the price of what I wanted. She was very professional, understood how professionals like me work. If you are a professional and time is important and you don't like the usual sales approach of typical on site sales tactics and looking for a Toyota, I encourage you to seek out Sandra Mguiss to help you with your transaction. It was painless, and very professional. I will certainly make my next purchase with Sandra.

I brought my car to get an oil change by the suggestion of my husband. I am always fearful of taking my car to dealerships so they could take advantage of me and my car ignorance. I was also suggested to get my wipers changed. I had a small little spider crack in my wind shield that has been there for a long long time. I pulled up to the service department with a good windshield and when my service was Done I came back to a huge crack in the windshield. Well I guess initialed something that I was aware of a crack but never got a copy. I’m not an idiot that crack across my front windshield was not there when I pulled up but it’s there after my service. Someone in the service department agitated my windshield. And I’m the idiot. Now I need to repair it and I will also need to replace my gate transponder which is such a pain with my HOA. Now I know why I hate car dealerships. Make sure anything you initial you get a copy of.

Financing department are thieves, I got approved for 2.74% interest rate through bank of america. They made a bait switch and gave me their own bank for 6.90% They mislead me that they will take care of all documents with bofa and I don’t have to do anything. I truly trust them and they did this to me. When I confronted him he said is too late, now i have to refinance to get back to lower interest rate with bofa. I have a credit score over 800. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure you read before signing any documents. they will purposely screw people who not careful.

Ivan is my go to person when it’s time for my car to be serviced, I highly recommend him for many reasons anytime I texts him with questions about my car it never takes a whole day to hear back from him usually five to ten minutes at the most and even sooner than that. Definitely would not recommend. They claim their priced is their "lowest price" but it's just the MSRP. They are no better than any of the others. They make it sound like you are getting a fair deal, but it's just a ploy to get you to pay more. Haggling with other dealers is no fun, but you'll pay A LOT less if you do.

Me and my wife had a appointment via internet with a salesman. Came there at noon ,took 20 mins till’ salesman got to us . Salesman was new ,wasn’t trained before dealing with customers. Poor kid. He didn’t know much about the car and what they have on inventory , he had to go back and forth countless time to get info from his manager. We could’ve asked for another experience salesman but we felt bad for him and we wanted him to get the sales. It’s not his fault , its Toyota’s fault for not training their employees well enough. Then the final price from the salesman is not the final price one you get to the finance person. All the extra warranties wasn’t explained before finance. So after we opt out of all the bs warranties they want you to get, we finally got our monthly payment back to what was figured out before finance after 5hrs. So the no haggling advertisement is all bs , you still have to haggle. We bought two cars from this dealer in the pass.

Scheduling service for my car due to a parts recall was smooth. After I got checked in, I asked the rep how I’d be notified the car was ready and was told they’d call the number on file which was my home phone number. I asked to be called on my cell phone number since I’d be out and about and left my number. The rep said he would, jotted down my cell number and asked if I’d like my records to be updated with the new number, to which I said yes. Six hours went by and I never received a call, so I call Autonation Toyota for an update. They pull up my information using my home phone number—the number that should have been replaced with my cell number. I find out my car was ready to be picked up 5 hours ago and they had left a voice mail on my home phone number.

Just purchased a new 2020 Camry in October. I brought it in for its first oil change. I was able to make a same day appointment and it was completed in an hour. Costumer service was great and made the process streamlined. Additionally requested a quote for some scratches on the side of my car. They emailed the quote minutes after I left. Took quite a while for my salesman to find keys for any of the Corollas for me to test drive. Made a bunch of bad excuses. Walked the whole lot with him trying to find one. And when he found out that my car didn't have floor mats, he said maybe if I wanted them he could get me a discount. Then my front facing camera was bad and they kept my new car for almost a week before fixing it. Someone else that works there heard about the floor mat thing and offered me them for free. And the car works fine now, but I was not impressed with my salesman at all. The also gave me a loaner car for the week, but it's not what you want when you spend that kind of money. Not a great buying experience. I would recommend the dealership, just not my salesman.

Had a very helpful conversation with Jose over the phone about servicing my car. The maintenance light came on and I needed a smog check. I made an appointment. When I arrived, everyone did their job seeing that I was directed to Jose. He wrote me up and directed me to the waiting area. In a short time, he came over and explained my options. “We” came up with a plan together. My car is older and needed some updating! He had checked my records of previous services from my former locations and we also considered my plans for the future use of the car. They were able to take care of everything as promised in one visit during the allotted 3 hour time period. The price was reduced a little from the original agreement, which was a pleasant surprise! Jose even saved me time by helping me with the smog certification, which being an older person is fussy for me. That was a huge relief for me! He made a future appointment for me as well so I can keep the car updated. The waiting situation was comfortable with several options so I could move around. There was free cold water and the bathroom was very clean. All the customers seemed content and the rest of the staff was very cheerful. I was surprised at the number of people there and took that as an endorsement of good service, as it was my first visit, but not my last.

I own a 2005 Prius, a 2015 Tesla S 90D. Toyota AutoNation in Las Vegas and Michael Bigness my service manager make it so easy to get maintenance and repairs. Everything is explained and priced out. Needed maintenance info is always provided. Service is available immediately and expedited. Tesla -- no one to talk to, they will fix the problem, if you can reach them, but never tell you what else you might need. Buy a Toyota, not a Tesla.

My car had a nail on my tire. All I asked was to remove. Instead I had a quote to change my entire tire and pay up $800 for something so small. They were trying to rip me off by suggesting that I had to replace my rim and sensor when in reality my sensor worked perfectly fine. In fact, I ended up in the dealer because my sensor went off. They thought I was dumb enough to believe that there were more damages than they really were. They did not show me where the damages were done and instead they expected me to believe that the damage was worse than it really way. I had to talk to management and financial services to get my quote lowered. Horrible experience overall.

Mike, the service rep, was very friendly n kept me inform the necessary steps to fix my car the whole time. the only complaint I have is part of the process involved the car computer. after I left the AutoNation, I went to get a smog ck for my car reg. I came to find out that after the car computer was adjusted, I have to drive it for x number of miles before I can get a smog ck via the computer. needless to say, I had to pay for the failed test, and had to go back again to pay for a retest. other than that, the services were very good.

However, upon my last visit, Thanksgiving week, I was really disappointed to see the lack of mask compliance (whether covering nose AND mouth or worn at all) by both staff and customers. I know we’re all sick of this, but the more we each do our share to get to the finish line, the sooner the economy can seriously start recovering. Restroom is clean enough and I saw a custodian wipe down a table once. It’s smart to just wipe down your own space if you’re going to do any work while waiting.

I wouldn’t recommend buying their service package, and seeing that they are very unprofessional thieves in that department, makes me think they wouldn’t be much good in any other department, I’ve been to 3 services so far, 5,000, 10,000, and 15,000 miles, each time I go things seem to get worse, waiting over 4 hours for a tire rotation makes no sense to me, on this last service they left their trash in the truck, stoled my AirPods, forgot to replace a hubcap on passenger side tire, I attempt to give the benefit of the doubt, but three times bad service is just ridiculous and uncalled for, I’ve reached out to them with no response, seems like each time I let them know how disappointed I am, just gets worse and worse, bad communication, bad customer service, overly long wait times, and nobody seems to respond for their carelessness, I thought Toyota was supposed to be the best, first and last time I will buy a truck here, I feel trapped and this sucks, big mistake buying their warranty service plan for 5 years

I asked the tech not to move the drivers seat , because I have plexiglass right behind the seats and the tech reinsured me that they wouldn’t , due to the COVID-19. When I received my van back the seat was pulled back and the plexiglass had to be reinstalled. If you don't have a good outside mechanic and its a Toyota bring in to the AutoNation service department. They will find something wrong it and it won't be cheap. Sold me a car that is found to need roughly $2500 in repairs. The AC on the passenger side blows warms air and the sideview mirror doesn?t function properly. Brought it to their attention within 5 days of purchase and was told it would be covered under warranty. I come back after the weekend for repairs and they can?t find my appointment. I drop off anyways and get a loaner, still under the impression there?s no charge. I get the call the next day that it won?t be covered cause the warranty is limited and the part that needs repair isn?t listed. Completely misleading. Did they wait until after the 5 day money back guarantee to tell me the bad news? Very likely. Do I think they were aware of the problem when they sold the car? Yes. Let this be added to the long list of warnings to car buyers that the dealership is never looking in the best interest of their own customer.

My 4Runner started to shake when I would break. I took it first to Big-O on W Charleston and they told me that I need 4 new rotors and 4 new break pads as well as a transmission flush. This seemed odd to me so I took it to Auto Nations Service department on W Sahara. David Schuerman was the technician who handled my car. His customer service skills are fantastic and above all he is HONEST. Im so tired of being lied to when I take my car into the shop!! David told me that the reason my car was shaking was because 2 of the rotors were off market as well as the brake pads and they were pulsing because of the poor quality. I didnt need to have my rotors or brake pads replaced!!! Thank you David for being trustworthy and saving me hundreds of dollars!! I am a client for life!
