So $3200 pick up my car, dies after 9 miles, have towed to shop in Henderson, ends up being air flow sensor, wire harness. Spend another $1000, Then Auto Nation ask me to bring my car back???? So these IDIOTS can fix something else not needing to be fixed. They DID NOT EVEN FIX THE REASON MY CAR BROKE DOWN. Several trips to have maintenance work done, 1st trip mechanic realized part needed to be ordered so came back the following week, mechanic ordered wrong part and ended up waiting for correct part to be ordered and delivered to AutoNation, spent over 5 hours at the dealership. Was not a happy camper when I left. To be fair I do have an older model Toyota (2008) that being said because it is an older model, I feel someone should have checked to make sure the part was in stock before my 1st visit when the maintenance was originally scheduled.

When I went in I felt as if they were very understanding of my issue and were listening to me. At the time, I thought I was going to have to go to SLC for an emergency and since they couldn't guarantee my car would be done by end of day, they gave me a loaner. When I went to pick up my car, the hood wasn't closed all the way, they left a service number paper in my door, and my car wasn't even rinsed off. I was disappointed. I had some questions about some of the features in my car so I went in and asked for a salesman to help me. As soon as he found out I did not purchase my car from their dealership, he was short, rude, and barely explained anything to me. I'm just as confused. That was very disapointing. All in all, the dealership and service area were clean, process qwas fast, I was met at my car the minute I pulled in, David (my sevice advisor) was great and listened to every complaint. I will return for my future car needs, just not with my questions about my new car.

I didn’t have an appointment for an oil change and it was 3 hr wait time, that wasn’t my issue though, the problem I have is that they dinged my truck on the driver’s side rear door, it’s obviously freshly done and it wasn’t there before! I was put on a waitlist for the RAV4 hybrid and was at the very end of a 70+ person list. However, I wasn?t picky in the packages, color, or edition ? Just that it was hybrid. Luckily, the dealer contacted me frequently to let me know my place AND alerted me when someone rejected a vehicle that wasn?t meeting all their checks. It jumped me to the front of the line for a near-perfect new model. There was a small scratch on the handle but no big deal for me. Everything else was great! Communication was excellent.

Our growing family just purchased our 3rd vehicle with Toyota Autonation since 2019 and I am so greatful for yet another stress-free experience. This is truly how car buying should be. I was paired with the perfect salesmen James! Our previous salesmen Tal was out sick the day of our appointment, but instead of calling me up and rescheduling he arranged for me to meet with James. Upon walking in James already knew what I was looking for and Tal gave him a run down of our history. It really made me feel valued as a customer. I never had to repeat myself or reexplain. James is new to the sales world but has a lifetime of mechanic knowledge that really helped me feel comfortable in my decisions. He talked pros and cons with me and never made me feel pushed or overwhelmed. He was such a wonderful and unique individual with a passionate work ethic. I could tell without a doubt that he stood behind everything he was telling me. James treated me with dignity and respect. Even though he was tending to several clients at once (because he was helping take on Tal's load for the day) he never made me feel abandoned or neglected. I had a really specific requirements with a larger family and I feel like he really listened to what I needed as I found what I liked and disliked about each vehicle I tried out, until we found the right fit. When I entered into financing Alan was SO patient with us and my little tired and impatient 2 year old. He gave me some great advice and really did his best to help make our situation work for us. I left happy, at 10:30 at night after a REALLY long day. Everyone stayed to help finish out the deal. After a few days of driving I noticed the vehicle I purchased had an issue with its rotors that went unnoticed during my test drive, James jumped into action and made the situation right. He helped me schedule inspection and service. This location as an on site vehicle rental that made my life so much easier. I was in and our in less than 20 mins dropping off and picking up my fixed vehicle less than 24 hours later. I cannot say enough great things about this place. While I think we are set for a few years, I know EXACTLY where to come for our next vehicle purchase. Thanks again guys!

Very reliable. Steve Tenwick ordered my Rav4 Hybrid a few months a go, and he made sure to follow up with the precedure, and Elvis finalized the buying process. It was hassel, haggle free. I paid exactly what was promised at the time I ordered my Rav4 Hybrid, and no addional mark ups were added. Elvis did not try to push additonal dealer accessories, when I told him that I did not want anything extra on my car. Elvis made car buying experience very smooth, stress free. Whole proccess took about 90 mins and that was just to get all the paper work together like insurance, payments and etc...

The put wrong mileage on bill after i told him what mileage on car was. Off by about 8000 miles. Cashier not vvery freindly. Been there a couple of times for service. Was better the other times.

It is the second time that this has happened to me, where they pressure me to provide extra service to my pic up, and the person who attends me seems annoyed,... yesterday, May 16, I called to take my truck for service and they They confirmed that I had one last service and I told them that it was fine and today I took it and in the "service center" they told me that I had to pay because I had no more service. I explained to him that I had already called and that they had informed me otherwise. Right then and there I called again and the person who answered me confirmed that he had indeed had the last oil change. mr. David, who is the one who attended me at the "service center", spoke by phone with the man who had attended me by telephone line. I don't remember his name. but second before he had confirmed that he did have the last oil change. I hear when Mr. David spoke, which was second, by the way. He immediately told me that he had no more oil change. I know that my truck had already reached the mileage, but it's only 14 miles, that is, for only 14 miles that my truck has more than they decline to change the oil, it's ridiculous that this happens when Mr. David was despot and had to take other services if he wanted the oil change. I am extremely unhappy with the treatment they gave me, I was not treated as a client. but as a stranger looking for cheap service. Well, what they take care of the client was not seen.

My experience at this dealership is similar the my experience at other car dealerships I've been at. First of all, it has a nice showroom and the service area seems pretty nice too. Clean, bright, lots of space, very welcoming. Aleks, our sales person, has been very nice and helpful. Very responsive and he stays on top of the whole deal. I am happy with his service and will recommend him to others. The finance department took forever to prepare the paperwork for us to close the transaction, we waited hours. The usual upsell once we started reviewing the documents but not worse than other dealerships. Since we brought the car to another state after the purchase, this dealer contracted with another company to handle the DMV registration. It took autonation 3 weeks to get the document over, at which point my temporary registration almost expired. I had to make multiple phone calls to get it going.

The shuttle service at this location is great and I haven’t had any issues with the service provided. However, I have not enjoyed my interactions with the service coordinators. I feel like they find dealing with me to be an annoyance and hassle. That experience, paired with the fact that all their team (who are very friendly with one another, just not me) is in one big space, is intimidating. I feel like they’re mocking me/my car the minute I walk out the door. It’s extremely uncomfortable and I will not be returning.

Always great service from Auto Nation on Sahara Avenue. Easy appointment. Prompt fast check in. Always work with Tim Phillis. Tim always provides all information needed for the service, and follows up as needed, etc. waiting room is good and always coffee and water available. (Still awaiting return of donuts). Any needed service is always done in a quick and professional manner.

Went in for a oil change on Saturday afternoon and service was fast and car is ready in a hour. Mark is the technician who checked me in. He was friendly and attentive. He may have been looking for me as he is going towards end of his shift and telling me my car should be ready at 2pm and go to cashier. My car was ready when I went to pickup. The scheduling of the service was easy and Kristin was also very helpful. The no issue I had was not service and the people there, it was the system. For some reason, I did not a confirmation email or text after making the reservation and they have even re-sent several times, checked junk and not there too. Eventually, within 48 hours, I did get an email. Overall, it was good and will come back again.

The oil was changed and the tires rotated along with a service check of all systems in our 2014 Toyota, Sienna. Everything was completed in about an hour. I trust AutoNation Toyota as they do a very good job that insures our safety.

My agent, Max, was very helpful and friendly. He goes above and beyond to help me with my service needs. I had appointment with Ivan initially, but Ivan was busy with other customer. Max stepped in and got my car serviced quickly, so I can get more done that day. It was an excellent experience there. Thumbs up for Max. I have used their service for over 5 years. First time taking my moms Toyota to Auto Nation for servicing. I was a walk in on Saturday morning, no appointment. The service advisor was able to get me checked in, have the issues diagnosed and corrected within an hour and a half. Happy with the service and they did not attempt to upsell me on any extra services.

I would recommend Auto nation Toyota service department over Pep Boys, or any of the other repair stations. Their work is great and guaranteed in the long run and end up being cheaper. I drive for Uber. I feel more safer and I’m gonna have my car serviced at Auto nation Toyota dealer this day forward.And they also have a free shuttle. You drop your car off go home or work and then they pick you up? The service advisors I would give them a 10. They are very knowledgeable. I look up on the website to see if they have any discount on the service. Auto nation Toyota dealership is the best

AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas: We just had our 2000 solara repaired at your location on Sahara. Your service and workmanship were very good. A replacement of the alternator was part of the work done. The alternator is located at the upper front of the engine compartment and readily accessible. This alternator is readily available online for about $100. after core charge. You charge of $755. to change the alternator, even considering testing, the warranty, and overhead costs seems to be a bit much.

We've been going there regularly for service. They usually have the car done before or at the time they estimated and when you drop off/pick up they are pretty fast/efficient. You aren't waiting around like we have had to do at other dealers.

We were assigned to a random service employee. His customer service was poor. We purchased the car over 4 months ago and asked about the second key FOB (due to chip shortages we have been told the second fob wasnt available when we purchased in November), he responded with a curt answer ?call whoever sold you the car in sales?. That is not my definition of customer service and frankly not used to that from Toyota. When I returned to pick up the car and found my way to his desk he made zero eye contact and simply handed me paperwork without even explaining what was done on the first 5,000 mile check up. The only bright spot was I asked a guy named Michael Bigness for some help and he was super nice and professional and directed me to where I needed to go. From now on I know to make our service appointments with Michael Bigness and not the employee assigned to us. Very poor standards after spending so much on a brand new Highlander.

Omar, was a typical, classic 'used car salesman'. He was very shady and didn't answer my questions directly. He went around and around with answers. I didn't feel comfortable with him but I did like the vehicle and the only reason I feel it was priced as it was is because it was at a Toyota dealership (and it's a Land Rover). I would not buy a vehicle from Omar or this "AUTO NATION TOYOTA" again. He was definitely not professional and acted very silly and childish. Asking me if my daughter could get him into the club for free!!? He handed me the key and an envelope with the spare key which he left in the bag because it was broken I later found out. When I called him he refused to fix it. Everything about him said sketch. Furthermore, the two front tires blew out on us--on the highway in Arizona after coming back from A FUNERAL only days from buying the car!!! This "Auto Nation Toyota" dealership is GARBAGE and LOW class. I would compare it to a Pete Franklin's from back in the day. They PRETEND to be something THEY ARE NOT. ***GO ANYWHERE ELSE. IF YOU SEE A CAR AT A REAL DEALERSHIP, PLEASE GO THERE INSTEAD. Save yourself the bs this place will put out.

beware, i scheduled an appointment on a saturday for what i thought would be a simple oil change, when i made the appointment they told me sure we have 10.00 a.m. available i arrived 10 minutes early when i arrived i told them i would like to wait on it again i thought just an easy oil change well they parked my vehicle in the back lot and let it sit there for 2 hours and 20 minutes with no movement after an hour & a half went by i ask the service writer how long it normally takes he told me they were short handed i it would take about two hours and to be patience? well my patience when i realized this was going to turn in to a 3 to 4 hour oil change? really totally unacceptable i attempted to reschedule i ask to speak with a service manager to ask if i would be able to be done with my appointment in a prober time frame they switched me to a voice mail that i left a message for ivan to return my phone call, well i dont have to tell you what to place a course no return phone call, it is hard to believe they could keep the doors unlocked & there lights on with this kind of csi again beware

I went in to have a nail removed from one of my tires. Since I didn't have an appt they said it would be a 2.5 hr wait. Not happy but agreed. After about an 1.5 wait, went to speak with the guy handling my car. He proceeded to tell me that the tire was not repairable and needed a new tire. What aggravated me the most was why he didn't reach out and let me know earlier..could've possibly saved some time waiting if he would've just let me know. When I said that to him his response was.. well your car is back there. Not the point!!! Poor communication skills and lack of concern for the paying customer!!

I have used AutoNation Toyota in Vegas for the maintenance on my RAV4 for years. Now, I have traded in the RAV for a 4Runner. It has been an interesting change. Plus, the salesperson, Derrick, was very attentive, found what we wanted, and has been in contact since the sale to make sure all is well. Although I forgot to give them the gas cap key to the RAV, all has been a great experience.

First visit: The service was efficient, polite And reasonably priced. I will be happy to use this dealership again. Second visit: I made an appointment for 2pm- regular maintenance only. I was about 20 minutes early. Everyone was very polite as expected and appreciated, but for some unknown reason I was still there at 4:30. According to a text- nothing was wrong with the car, so I cannot imagine what took so long. If I had not had an appointment I would expect to wait; with an appointment someone should have let me know the delay at some point. I will still use and recommend this dealership, but I suggest that on-sight customer communication could be better.

Had an oil change recently and no one did a multi check inspection. Also, fluids were not checked. My car is shaking 1st & 2nd gear, usually means low transmission fluid and low on washer fluid. These are basic fluid check and it was not done.

They will lie to get their sales. No integrity, I regret purchasing my vehicle. My complimentary oil changes aren’t even valid because they have no location in the state I live, they lied about the registration and they made me wait 2 weeks to get the vehicle because of poor communication. Stay away. Edit:updating 1 year later, the vehicle I purchased is certified and I also purchased the platinum warranty. Today I took my vehicle in only to learn that my warranty is CANCELLED. Why is it cancelled? Because someone at auto nation Toyota entered my mileage at 992,000 and voided all the warranties before I was even in possession of the vehicle. I’ve been on the phone for 4 hours trying to figure this out. Nobody at auto nation will call me back. I repeat, STAY AWAY.

The service department as a whole is EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY!! 1 out of 5 stars. There is no real direction to let you know where to go once you get inside,and you better know who your service person is because if you don't they try to shame and embarrass you for not standing in the right place. We have been to the service department twice now, and both times there's no greeting, and you stand around while they eyeball you, and don't offer any help whatsoever. Luckily, on my last visit, I had David, who was very kind and helpful! 5 out of 5 stars!! I will absolutely request him next time! While I was waiting for my appointment with David, I had the pleasure of listening to Tim be condescending and rude to a few older women who didn't know what to do, or weren't standing in the right place. Life is stressful enough, we don't need extra added stress when we are needing routine things done to our cars. Our overall experience of test driving and picking the car was, I would say 5 out of 5 stars. Our salesman, Leo/Leandro was very accommodating and patient, and took a lot of time with us. I would absolutely work with him again, and so should you! When it came to the actual finance and purchase I would give our representative Sergio a 1 out of 5 stars for an unprofessional meeting. He dominated the entire time with personal talk, and then wouldn't listen to our questions/concerns. When he didn't know an answer to a question he made up an answer, just to get us to try and sign. We've been told multiple times that this is a corporation, I believe that someone needs to come in and give the people who work here an overhaul, and help them to learn more about hospitality and customer service. Overall I would give an average of a D rating to this dealership.

I had purchased a new Highlander several weeks ago in Illinois, then drove cross-country to visit relatives. The front counter staff is very rude. Nobody speaks when you walk in. They pretty much keep their personal conversations going. My sales guy JP was awesome. But they definitely need customer service training at the front counter. I mean we see them first.

This was my first time at this dealer. I had purchased a used Toyota Camry and needed to get scheduled maintenance done. I loved that they not only shuttled me to work but let me schedule the shuttle back to pick up my car. They offered me a great package deal on oil change and tire rotations for two years, which I took advantage of. All the employees were very nice. They sent me photos of them checking my tires and didn't try to get me to do anything that was not necessary. I will definitely be continuing to service my Toyota at this dealer.

He keeps doing his paperworks without glancing at me,not one word to tell me to wait or whatever. That attitude was not very nice. Compared to other Toyota dealerships, this is the worst for customer service. Be careful with the Service Center. They may upsell you by giving the impression certain aspects of regular maintenance are required despite actually being recommendations. The recommended services are not covered by ToyotaCare. When purchasing my vehicle it seemed like very few people cared. I spoke with 3 different sales individuals throughout the process and believe I only spoke to the same one twice.

La peor experiencia que he tenido con un carro, fui por toyota por la supuesta calidad, una gran decepción, venden carros defectuosos y luego no cumplen con la garantía, no compren toyota, y menos en este dealer, compre un carro nuevo, 2023 toyota camry, a la semana todo el interior le estaba sonando, el dashboard, los paneles de las puertas, todo suena, todo se ha aflojado y el interior suena como un carro de 100 mil millas, pusieron unas llantas 19 que hacen que el carro vibre mucho y sea muy rígido, lo llevé y expliqué el problema, ellos no escucharon los ruidos, los ruidos no se sienten siempre que lo manejes en una calle perfectamente lisa, si lo manejas en una calle aspera suena todo, ellos lo manejan en calles perfectamente lisas y no escuchan nada, lo cual les he dicho, tienen que hacer la prueba de manejo en una calle aspera para que se sienta la vibración del carro, hicimos una cita verbal con el asistente del manager para hacer una prueba de manejo a la cual no pude asistir porque el carro de mi mujer fue robado y tuvimos que ir esa mañana a hacer la denuncia a la policía, pero llamé y dejé un mensaje de voz para hacer otra cita y jamás me devolvieron la llamada, los agentes ahí en persona te tratan en mala forma como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor y uno estuviera molestando al buscar resolver el problema, vayan a otro concesionario, en este solo van a tener disgustos

Very good location to shop for new and used vehicles. I stopped by to look for a new or gently used vehicle to replace my 2008 model that I had for about 9 years. Although the inventory seemed low when I looked online, I figured I would see many vehicles to choose from in person. I did. I was first greeted by Oscar, who was my sales consultant through the process of buying a brand new Toyota Camry. Oscar helped us narrow down search criteria and showed us many vehicles in my price range and below a certain mileage. I was informed that I can place a deposit for a vehicle I wanted that was in transit, so that is an option for those wanting a specific vehicle they see online. I bought my new car as it was arriving the same day. Oscar was very helpful in the process of looking and buying and I recommend seeing him if you visit here to look. There was no high pressure or questionable tactics I felt. He showed me how to use the interior features of the car that I was not familiar with as well as helped with the registration. Sergio was the manager who I sat down with to look over and sign the final paperwork. He was nice and helpful in getting us what we want as far as deals go. Overall, great dealership to shop at in my experience.

My salesman Eric Guajardo deserves 5 stars for finding me the exact Sienna I was looking for after waiting about 8 months. He’s an excellent salesman ; the rest of the dealership employees are liars and thieves. They gave me $1500 for my trade-in which they resold for $8998 they didn’t give me the true trade in value. Take your trade ins to Carmax up the street for honest fair trade-in values I only wish I had. Also the finance manager Sergio likes to play games when you try canceling your extended warranties because it costs him his commission. Don’t fall for it total rip-off; I went down there 4 times and demanded it be cancelled if I have to go through an attorney; the BBB; and the NV DMV then that’s what I’ll do. The man is a scam artist don’t let them strong arm you into signing extended warranties. I highly doubt they add actual window tint either it’s already done at the factory but they charge $599 on every vehicle; sounds like a class action lawsuit coming for fraud. I have no more faith in AutoNation Toyota I won’t even take my vehicle there for the free 2yr maintenance I simply don’t trust them that they’ll purposely break something to scam me out of more money. Toyota makes an excellent product; I just wish this dealership wasn’t so shady in their business practices.

When I arrived I was told it would be 1 to 1.5 hours. It was 3 1/4 hours before I got my car back. No "Sorry it took so long" just here you go" I imagine we are talking 15 mins max for them to hook up the computer and print out the report so Toyota will pay them. There is always so much that goes into making a big purchase such as a car/truck but these folks helped and being new to the state helped me feel comfortable and confident in purchasing with them. 3/28/22 returning to provide further feedback. Since purchasing my truck here I’ve used the service that provides maintenance and have had my truck serviced using their mechanics. Have to say the customer service is sketchy and there is never any feedback regarding the health of the vehicle unless you ask. In my opinion customer loyalty goes a long way and if there isn’t any presentation or follow through to communicating a vehicle’s health without prompting for Information then I may not be buying nor having the truck serviced here. Do better AutoNation Toyota LV. 3.27.2023 it’s been a year since returning and I have to say the Service Center did better in communicating but now this dealership needs to work on their pricing. A little too pricey for maintenance service but overall did well to communicate.

Auto nation is an absolute crap show and Joke . My wife and I just bought a Toyota 4Runner from them not only did it take 6 1/2 hours to complete the purchase with a preapproval before we got there. Had to take it into a local tire shop to have an alignment done and then we get the news that it’s crashed and has been in an accident, none of this was reported on the Carfax they run self tapping screws through a plastic bumper and the detail guy should definitely be fired because he can’t wash a car worth a xxxx even after I did it twice it was still pathetic. My 12-year-old kid does a better job. AutoNation is a building full of liars and thieves. I would never recommend anybody going there. They did offer to do an alignment. I couldn’t get to it till next week and then expect us to drive 150 miles back just for an alignment what a joke.

My 2015 Toyota Corolla has very low mileage, so I do not always need the same maintenance/repairs as others who drive their car a lot. I have had Eric M. as my service person, probably for at least a few years now. He always checks to see what I need or makes recommendations for what I should plan on in the near future. I trust him completely. He is personable and has always looked out for my best interest!

Pathetic management at Autonation Toyota on Sahara. Not one manager came to me to talk or apologize for initially not honoring their certified offer. They semt a young kid to do their biding. Had to go through corporate to make them honor it. Even the general sales manager would not answer a call at 6pm from his own management team.

Saul was amazing! We had been looking for a Corolla hybrid for months, going to different dealerships and no luck, they all told us it would be at least a 6 month wait. We went into AutoNation, told him what we were looking for he said it wouldn’t be an easy find, but a few days later he called us, told us one had just came in, exactly what we were looking for. Went in, he made the process super easy, his customer service was outstanding, really great guy. Was very straight forward and honest with everything. I went in for maintenance (oil change and tire rotation. It was ok but took an hour longer than expected. It would be nice to get a text or something to let me know what is going on. Waiting area is spacious but it’s challenging finding a comfortable seat next to an outlet. Also the music is a bit loud.

Was there for a battery thingy recall and to get service with lube/oil change. After I said I couldn't afford the 25,000 miles service, the service tech rep gave me other service options, which was appreciated. The person actually servicing the vehicle sent a text with additional service possibilities on tires for my info, but rep told me not really needed as the tires were still within the specs. Didn't try to upsell me on additional service features, which again was appreciated. Took a couple of hours only--less than I expected. All in all, good service.

While guessing at my cars issue that cost me $3864. I had to bring my car in again a week later for the exact same issue and a new issue of a very audible vacuum leak. Harrison (service guy) called, ?you need a gas cap?. Q: did you test drive my car..A: no but the tech did. I explain again why I brought it in. The response to me was ?well, we noticed you have an aftermarket alternator, it?s probably that. Q:?so to be clean, you test drove my car? A: no Would you like us to talk to the service manager? Service Manager doesn?t talk to me, he converses with with Harrison and after that discussion the decision is made that it my fault for having and after marker part. Neither one of these guys has test driven nor has my car been out on the street even by a competent tech. If it was, I wouldn?t be writing this. I have a vacuum leak that is progressive with acceleration, but I?m just the costumer being bilked by so call professionals. I?ve been a ?car guy? my whole like. I?ve purchased and repaired several new cars in my life.

The Dealership provides Shuttle Service which is great. As soon as I got signed in the Shuttle took me home to wait for the service to be performed. When the work was completed, the Service Advisor called and said the Shuttle was on the way to pick me up to take me back to the Dealership to get my car. Service was good during the recent oil change on my Camry Hybrid. Staff in the dealership greeted me but didn’t harass me about buying a car - probably because they only had 2 cars (non- hybrid) on the show floor. That was really odd. When I asked where the new hybrids were, 2 salesmen told me that they can’t keep them on the floor and people are buying them online & picking them up at the dealer. That’s unfortunate because now I have to go to another dealership just to sit in and possible drive a new car.

So much so that I have encouraged family members and friend to purchase from Auto Nation Las Vegas on Sahara as well. Ivan and Harrison did an excellent job over-communicating and coordinating the repair of my truck -- I appreciated the time they spent speaking with me and trying to troubleshoot Toyota refusing to cover the repair. Felt pressure to have more repairs done at an expensive cost. Leaking radiator turns out to be from cheap hoses installed at this dealership Less than a year ago . The hoses I had originally were replaced about a year previous. Joey stated I needed these better hoses so I had him go ahead and replace them in July. Now they started leaking ,although no cost to me for this replacement it has been an inconvenience to me and took 3 days to fix. I do not think I will return to Toyota for service anymore

Only buy from them if you want to get VERY screwed over. Used car inspection is a joke! Problems started day after driving off lot - multiple problems!! Bad transmission fluid, inspection stated good. Battery dies day 3. Windshield wiper motor bad. Transmission problem that required computer "update" Low oil indicator problem. So many hassles and they sold a very unsafe vechicle. Try to sell it back or trade, haha. They offer you $8K less! They know how to screw people and not take care of customer. Will never recommend - not a good dealership!!

I left the trunk a mess with the flat tire, Jack, and everything else that comes to change flats as I was in a rush and they completely cleaned it and put it back properly. Scheduled service, basically an oil change and rotating the tires. Trusting the vehicle would be ready for a trip of 1300 miles, only to find the right front tire down to 21 pounds as I was getting on the highway. No big deal except I don’t believe they did even check them. Hope they did the rest fluid levels etc but not confident!

I looked at all of the reviews on Google Maps for the Toyota dealerships and for some reason this one was not the highest, but they definitely treated me a lot better than the other dealerships in town when I went in to buy a new car. They got me a great deal on something I actually wanted instead of trying to upsell me on something I didn’t and even a few weeks after the fact they’re still trying to check in and make sure everything is running the way I want it to.

Sat did an oil service, was fast in and out within a few hrs. Did not get my MPI sheet telling me my issues or concerns on my truck once again. I left the dealership and my truck had a very very bad shake while driving. By Wednesday my lower ball joint failed on me while driving causing alot of damage. Did the technician not inspect these or is that not on a MPI sheet? I know tacomas my year are infamous for these to fail but would of been great to have been caught while someone was under my vehicle to save me from 1) causing a major accident 2) a very expensive tow bill 3) more damages due to 1 failing part. You hear stories of "lube technicians" are bottom of the bucket at the shop and are mostly newbies but to me this is uncalled for. I go in for service and a MPI to save myself from failures like these. I'm very happy no one was harmed or worse killed but these issues happen I do understand parts fail, but isn't this also preventable if a technician sees something, says something, so the customer can do something?

I have owned my Prius V for 10 years now, and have worked done on the vehicle at several dealers in several different states (AZ, WA, NV). My AutoNation visit last week was the first one where I didn't feel a warm reception, nor a valued customer. I stood waiting to be waited on while employees conducted conversations among themselves. I have a 2021 Venza and made a 15k mile maintenance appointment for December 23rd the scheduler said it was covered with Toyota Care but when I arrived & spoke with service person they said it goes by the manufacturer date not calendar year or date of purchase. I said just I wanted my car back then b/c dealership is too expensive for just an oil change & fluid top off so they he tried to sell me a $285 package for 5 services that would be valid for 3 years, and said it's basically like getting 5 oil changes half off. Um do they really charge over $100 for an oil change?! I got it anyway but then the paperwork he gave me said the 5 services have to be used in 2 years...I asked him why he told me 3 years & he said it's still good a year after expiration? It all seems shady which sucks b/c my last service experience was good there w/a different service agent.

After 2 1/2 years of driving my Camry from AN Toyota, my battery died. After a jump start, I drove to my dealership and the battery was quickly replaced, no charge, compliments of Toyota care. I called in and told the person on the phone what I needed to be done. I was then promised a loaner car as I was pressed for time. When I arrived, my service advisor wasn't particularly friendly and gave me zero eye contact. Then I was told I was not getting a loaner vehicle because it was only a service, and they don't give out loaners for this. Even though my dome light was not working with the door and also I had a fuse that was loose. He said I would have to pay $100 for the fuse issue without really asking me the details assuming I broke it or something. I basically was lied to about the loaner car and this advisor didn't really seem to care about my issues. Not getting a loaner car, not getting my two other issues addressed, and having to wait over an hour for only one thing to get done on my vehicle made this a terrible experience. Your organization has poor communication skills and poorly trained, lackadaisical employees and I will never come here again.

Had oil change on 12/16 at 9:30 am at Sahara Toyota AutoNation. Left the facility at 11:30 am and no issue identified as shown on the summary worksheet. David was very professional and easy to work with. However at 1:00 pm when i left my house and started the car, there was “check VSC system” shown on my dashboard screen. I called David and left VM. He promptly returned my call and asked to bring the vehicle back the next day to be checked. Nothing further mentioned. In addition i did signed up for the prepaid oil change program for $285. The next day 12/17 at 8:15am i was at the dealership again. However, David was off and i was assisted by Kevin. He was rude and unprofessional. As I explained my issue and said David asked me to come in today. Kevin replied “oh, david never work on Saturday. You need to pay $185 to get the car checked.” I asked him whether there is limited warranty to cover for the fee considering the issue came out not even 24 hrs after the oil change. He said not until i agreed to pay, otherwise he couldn’t do anything and found out the issue. He left me with no choice. I felt i was mistreated and this was a very bad service experience. I had been a long time customer with the dealership and all recommended services, i always choose this dealership. I don’t mind paying the fee at all if needed but considering the attitude and the fact that the issue came out as soon as i left the dealership. Shouldn’t this be at least complimentary service. The 2nd checkup recommended a replacement of oil valve that will cost over $1500. I declined to have it done with your dealership after my 12/17 experience. I hope management can offer more training on customer service and owning the problem. Not all customers are not reasonable. There are a lot of things that I understand need to go by the book, but sometimes it’s worth to analyze the overall situation and consider exception. Overall, in customer service industry, the products are similar but the people inside are the one who makes the difference. Thank You for your time to read my lengthy feedback.

I recently bought a vehicle from them and it started having issues a day after I bought it. So I returned it to the dealership autonation talks about “hassle free returns” and it’s been nothing but a hassle. When I went in to bring the car back I was shuffled around the dealership very quickly and barely given any information at all about the return process. Since then I have called at least 15 times and left messages with the finance manager John who has yet to call me back. I also talked to a different manager just a few days ago who told me he would get me more info and would call me back but that never happened either. They’re very nice when you’re going to give them money but after that have fun finding any help.

I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and other small issues. The porter wrecked my car while I was waiting inside and the service advisor knew about the accident while I was still there but refused to say anything and didn’t seem to think I needed a rental. It turns out the bumper needed to be replaced which took two weeks and the dealer would not compensate me for the depreciation in value of my car. It took two weeks to repair the bumper. I was told that they would “take care of me” when I purchase a new car but refused to put anything in writing.

Stay far far far away from this dealership. There was a brake recall that they wanted to charge $181 to diagnose. Then they wanted to charge me $91 for an oil change when it clearly says $75. Spoke with 2 advisors and they were both cocky and wanted to help as little as possible and charge as much as possible. Avoid at all costs. When I bout the vehicle they told me that I had to pay $599 for tint and it wasn’t optional. Even though the tint wasn’t on yet. They didn’t tell me that the registration wasn’t included in the financing. They told me I could register it online. When I went to get the paperwork nobody was at the unmarked window and I had to bother three different salespeople to help me. Then I received the paperwork to register the car and it said that the vehicle doesn’t qualify for online registration. So I have to go to the DMV. The dealership also offered me $2,000 less for my trade than Carmax.

I brought my camry to do a service for oil change at 4th October. The unprofessional employee damage my car druing the service. I appreciate they gave me an rental car and promise to repair the car. However, after two weeks, they told me my car was STOLEN!!! I went to the police department and asked the detail of my car and felt bad every day. Althouht my car was found by the police , I did not get an satisfied answer to SOLVE the case and I loss my own property in the car and there has some drugs for the thief in the car. I don't know what the thief did in my car. The car was dirty and bad smell, I felt uncomfortable when I sitting in the car. I don't thinks they respect to their client and take good care of the car.

Ask for David Gomez, he is very helpful through the whole ordering and buying process. Autonation Toyota does not markup any of their new cars. As of 2022, you do have to wait for new cars but once you get the one you want, it's built within a month.

This is a money making dealer. They overcharged customers for the Multi Inspection without letting the customer know that there is a charge, this happened to me last week. I already paid the $1,117.00 for a front brakes, new tires with alignment & oil change, then charging me again fir $540.07 for sensor that was not put in. They totally take advantage of customers. Good thing I placed a stop payment on many check! Money sucker Dealer!!!!

We made a service appointment for 110k mile service and in the appointment details I wrote that our alternator needed to be checked because we’ve through 2 batteries in 6 months. When we got to the service desk Mark had no idea about the alternator. (Not his fault but the website or appointment system needs to be evaluated) We dropped our 2013 Sienna off at 8:30. Mark called at about 1 pm to advise that the service should be completed within the next few hours. About 5 pm my husband called his mobile number to get an ETA for pickup. The call went to voicemail and after an hour both he and I were frantically calling to be able to pickup our van because we knew they closed at 6 pm. I had assumed I could provide payment over the phone and pick up the car from a sales person. We called the dealership number only to be told they couldn’t get ahold of anyone and they weren’t on site. My husband does home renovations and uses the van for work so we needed the van back because we were not told to find another alternative for transportation or work and the van also had the base for our baby’s car seat! We drove to the dealership and I spoke with a mechanic named Cesar about our situation. We found that our van had been ready for a while but all the cashiers had left for the day so we couldn’t take the van home. Cesar was kind enough to contact Mark and got him to come back in to the dealership since he had already left for the day. When waiting at Mark’s station we found our paperwork with my husband’s cell number on a sticky note sitting on his desk. There was no other paperwork to have gotten lost in the shuffle. Mark came in and apologized profusely stating that he had dropped the ball. He ended up taking $200 off and offered us a courtesy service. While driving home we found that our passenger window motor no longer works. I’m not accusing the service department of causing the problem but I just find the timing of the motor “breaking” very suspicious. Needless to say I will not be going back to AutoNation and I will advise anyone who will listen to avoid this dealership as well.

If you go to AutoNation Toyota in Las Vegas, make sure you ask for Don (Don Chiao) Very very attentive and was able to teach my how to "use" my car lol. (Not many salesman know about the car enough to show you what you never knew you needed) He was very knowledgeable! He connected me with Jason in financing who was 100% on it! I've never met a finance manager that made sure I was out of there when I needed to be out of there. I really appreciate you both and believe me, you have a long time customer here! Pros: Leo was our sales person, he had good manners and had class. He was very patient with us, sat with us all afternoon, answered every question we had. You can tell he was properly trained and experienced. He didn’t give off any vibe that he was bothered by us even though we practically had his time for a good 5 hours. He even walked with us in scorching heat to show us the camry xse that we have purchased. He let us test drive it. He didnt give us any pressure to buy. He is very knowledgeable and honest with his facts. He offered us water multiple times. He always gave us that welcoming vibe. We had actually went to tesla, lexus, honda and carmax around the area. Leo gave us the best value for our trade in. We were not even entertained half as good in carmax and honda around the area compared to this autonation toyota las vegas. Ultimately we got the best value and experience for our purchase of our 2021 toyota camry xse. The people from financing were very accommodating too. Easy to talk to dealership, no one seemed stressed. No one looked like they wanted to steal your money. They were family friendly. The staff here works hard for their clients and they didnt seem stressed or mad compared to the other dealerships we went through. Cons: there was no free food. They were selling microwavable foods with no microwave in sight. The free coffee was a mystery to navigate. The bathrooms were subpar but clean enough. It is a very busy dealership, they have no new cars on display during our time of purchase, as with the rest of the valley. The internet was teribble, and you don’t get cell signal. The layout of the dealership itself was confusing, their floor plan didn’t seem to have a guiding purpose, it seemed all randomized. There was alot of clutter in desks.

I took my car in for and oil change and not only did they let me bring my own oil they also were able to find out that I had 2 recalls on my 03 4R and took care of it the SAME DAY! Outstanding customer service, and I’m not even the original owner. They also did a complimentary Clorox disinfect ($40 value). Best part I only paid $37 for my oil change AT THE DEALERSHIP! I will be coming here from now on.

The service was was fast and they will notify you when your car is ready for pick up. I had been shopping for a new 4Runner for a few months and was not having a very good time of things. From my very first conversation with Don I knew things were going to be different. They have told me they cant pay me untill they get the title, but when I said ok well let's unwind this deal I want my car back they say they cant do that they sold my car. So you can sell my car without a title but you cant pay me for my car until you get the title, sounds like a scam to me.

He made it all possible finding and telling me about this used Toyota Corolla that came in and was being prepared to be sold. It was the right car for our situation. But unfortunately I was very uncomfortable in the office of finance manager. I told him from the start I had a bad experience with my last car buying at Honda dealership. They snuck in a extended warranty. So I told him this. He still kept asking me if I wanted gap insurance, I kept telling him I don’t want any gap insurance or any extended warranties. This made me feel very uncomfortable ! Need much better bed side manner. Almost canceled the deal because of this. Buyer beware of this game he played! Good luck

The sales rep who was helping me purchase my new car didn’t know anything about it. I originally ordered a different one because I had certain things I required I ended up doing my own research and found out it didn’t have it so told him to cancel my order we luckily did find a better one in the end though. Also my car was missing some key parts that I paid extra for and the sales rep said those didn’t come with mine, when I said they did he just never responded to my text he didn’t care anymore since I already purchased the car. The prices of the vehicles are fair but don’t expect any help or knowledge from the staff. Just feels like they want to sell you anything and get you out the door. After my paperwork was done they just handed the keys and said vehicle was outside it’s a small thing but should walk you out to your new car if you just spent so much money with them.

On top of that, they add things to your deal without you knowing and act like they didnt do anything. Theres other Toyota dealers out there and autonation toyota should never be in your list. After finding the car I wanted (at an amazing price) on Cars.com, I jumped on the opportunity and contacted the dealership. I got a response less than a half an hour later and was test driving the car not two hours after. A total of 4 hours after finding the car online was it mine and I was leaving Auto Nation Toyota LV with the keys! The entire process was easy, the staff were the nicest I've ever dealt with (not pushy and they don't hover over you) and they made the process easy and quick! I'd recommend them to anyone!

Very nice people. I got the best price for my RAV4 here. Everyone else in town added a premium onto the price over the MSRP, but AutoNation doesn’t. Our Salesaperson, Jack Rasmussen, was excellent from start to finish, keeping us updated and informed regularly as to when our Highlander would actually be arriving at AutoNation Toyota here in Las Vegas. He schooled us extremely well on the workings and various functions of our new Highlander, and to his credit, was not afraid to admit he didn't know the answers to some questions. Jack is the man! I ordered a truck offline from the other side of the United States. As detailed as I am I asked a million questions asked for videos and hundreds of pictures and he not once hesitated or was rude or got annoyed with my ridiculous request. I dropped my car off early in the morning, got the service and picked it up noon time as promised. He explained why I needed the additional services and why it is recommended. I had to wait a week to get an appointment to get an oil change, The reason the phone person gave me was since I wanted to wait for my auto only so many appointments were open so that I wouldn't be sitting in a crowded waiting room because of Covid rules. There was exactly 2 other people in what I'd call the waiting area and the room is huge so I could have moves 10 feet away from anyone. When I arrives the service writer did NOT have his mask on and maybe a third of the employees seen in the lobby( they have on bright red shirts so easy to tell who works there) had their masks below their nose which is about the same as no mask. waited 1 1/2 hours . A disappointing experience I know it was a minimal service but I suspect the attitude is the same in all departments. I am shopping for a 2022 Tacoma and will be looking anywhere but Auto Nation

Left car 🚙 at 10 am for an oil change, needed to pick it up at 5 PM. Also, this Toyota dealership does not offer coupons for your oil changes. When I lived in Miami, Kendall Toyota would always send me text messages for oil change discounts and they would also send emails. I booked an appointment and they did not even send an email confirmation nor a text message, or a call to remind. Do not recommend this location to no one. Stay safe everyone.

Way overcharged for labor on simple items. It should not be $36.95 for a cabin air filter change. Absurd. Michael was unhelpful when I brought this to his attention. Chris Roth the service manager was also rude and offered no apology or clear explanation but simply said “we could have charged you for every time the mechanic touched the car but we didn’t” Will never be back here. Rude unhelpful staff who only cares about upselling you to get more money.

On another note when we discovered that Toyota was the number one contributor to the seditionists who stormed our capital, I vowed to never buy another Toyota. I understand that has changed. I am thankful for that. We had just purchased a new highlander. Although we love our Toyotas, we will be paying close attention to their behavior in the guarding of our democracy.

They’re fully aware of their 2-3 hour WAIT TIME for those who make appointments. Everyone waiting on their vehicles complained; no one says anything. Multiple people waiting outside were asked if the were picking up a vehicle and their responses “eventually.” They’re short staffed or multiple call outs or whatever the reason. The problem is they make TOO many appointments for their people to handle. If I can drop my vehicle off at another Toyota dealership and it takes 45 mins, why does it take 3 hours for the same car to get the same routine maintenance here? “Well they don’t do as many vehicles as we do.” Ok so maybe you should focus on fewer vehicles because your quality of service is LACKING big time.

Service was excellent!! Ivan estimated that the car would be serviced within three hours and he accomplished the service well within his estimate. The four new Cooper tires were replaced and tire pressure warning valves/xmtrs were reinstalled. Wheel alignment were also completed timely and within budget. Kudos to Ivan for a job well done.

My most recent service (45,000 miles) was fine. David Scheurman is always very efficient, friendly, and helpful. One minor note. I mentioned to David is that I have been having trouble getting Google Maps to work through my Bluetooth connection. For some reason, it no longer verbalizes the directions. David tried to help, noting he is not very technically oriented. When he was unable to resolve the issue, he suggested I check with the sales staff, some of whom are more familiar with the technology. I stopped by at the reception desk and they seemed uninterested in helping. After a bit of prodding one of the two gentlemen at the desk came out, fiddled with it for a few minutes and then said he had no idea what to do. He did not seem receptive to my suggestion that perhaps one of the younger sales persons might be more adept. Small thing but perhaps it said something about customer service on the sales side of the house.

Received car 4 pm Why make an appointment for this kind of service of a front end alignment. Service advisor was very condescending stood at counter in front of him and had to wait for him to finish his personal business on his phone before he wouldn’t even acknowledge I was in front of him.

This team is amazing. After having a bad experience at Findlay, where I had purchased my last two Toyotas, I walked into this dealership hoping to get a Highlander. I know this is not the best market to buy a car; however, the lease on my Tacoma was coming up and we needed a bigger car since we’re expecting another baby in September. We dealt with Courtney and she was extremely pleasant to work with. I never felt like I was being pressured into buying something and didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of as a buyer. The price sheets they presented were transparent and detailed. Even when I left to present the estimates to my wife, Courtney was responsive and kept sending me updated price sheets via email for comparison. We ended up buying a Highlander platinum and we love it so far. This was a pleasant buying experience for me and my family and we will definitely come back to see Courtney when we need another car. Thank you for not taking advantage of your customers.

My family and I were 5 states away from home, passing through Las Vegas, when my 2021 Toyota broke down. This was on a Friday afternoon and the temperature was 117° out! We managed to get it to AutoNation just shortly before they closed. Brittney, at the service desk, put us in a loaner for the night and reassured us that she would have someone look at it first thing in the morning. Grateful not to be completely stranded, we went to a hotel and hoped for good news. The next day Brittney kept us informed and updated at every turn. Brought my Corolla in because of a rattling noise near the engine , found out it was the water pump. When I brought up I had a Car Shield protection that covered that part was immediately told they don?t accept Car Shield , called car shield and was told they should accept it . Went ahead and had it repaired and am trying to get reimbursement from Car Shield. Trouble checked at check out with cashiers sand they told me they never heard of it. I assume they say that because their trying to push customers to Toyota Care. Side note it?s two weeks later and I?m still try to get reimbursement, I paid $2000 over the last 16 months for the coverage and neither company Car Shield or Autonation seem to really care.

Tire's Rotated, computer system updated and car washed completed in an hour. I was waiting in the lounge while car being serviced. All was completed. As I was driving away, a call came in via Bluetooth as I answered the call the system cut off. Which is the prior problem I had been having. Turned around and went back to Service Rep and went through motions of the issue. Tim Phillis explained problems/defect with radio. Said he will request Radio replacement, refund my money and keep me informed.
