LYING AND CHEATING!!!! Service mechanic cross threaded my oil drain plug and then they tried to turn around and tell me that’s gonna cost me $800 for a new oil pan and cannot Admit that they messed up my car that’s what kind of service is going on today getting to a point where you can’t trust anybody I’m very bummed out about it I’ve been going there for almost 10 years and now I can’t go back. I have over 35 years as an elevator mechanic I know there’s only a few ways that you can mess up threats and is to cross thread are over stress them by tightening too much. threads do not wear out on their own they should last forever. And for the animated response from the general manager I did try calling him three times and emailed him three times and no response so don’t think for a minute that they do care. And there is a much cheaper way to fix your oil pan. Do not pay big money research first….

Purchasing a vehicle in a time like this is suppose to be high mark up with the supply shortage, but that's not the case with AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas. I was able to get an allocation for a 2022 Tundra the same day I called in. Joe V was very quick and responsive with week to week updates on the trucks status. Joe was a wonderful sales man, he knew what I wanted and he delivered. To anyone looking to purchase from this dealership I would 100% recommend.

Nothing was explained. On check out no friendly faces, no one greeted me or offered to show me where to go. Check out was just put your credit card in and take this paper to valet. Valet girl with glasses was very upset with her job and walked as slow as possible to bring me my car. I said have a great day, her reply was 'yeah". $700 and car was not washed and the smell of gasoline was so strong I had to stop and open windows. Very disappointed. At least in Reno at Dolan Toyota everyone is always friendly and gets you with a smile. Still don't understand what was wrong with my car.

Unfortunately my 2021 manual corolla hatchback had a broken synco at 35000 miles which is weird being the most reliable car but toyota took care of me and installed a new transmission and rental car for the week. Shout out to Tim he was very helpful.

2 stars for good price on the vehicle and dealing with them before the sale was great. Then I noticed a mistake. I bought from Utah and I told them to factor 6.75% sales tax. They said ok, but put 5% in the paperwork. My bad for not pulling out a calculator maybe, but even so they will not answer their phone, return my many voicemails, or emails and I’m stuck with $1,000 Bill to register my vehicle because they didn’t cover the amount of sales tax we agreed upon. They were so good getting back to me before, and now crickets. It’s apparent they don’t care to get in touch with me to resolve the error. I also overpayed for the warranty! When these guys sell you something, double check your paperwork or it’ll cost you.

I am seriously impressed with this place. I called every Toyota dealer in the valley and told them what I wanted. Finlay sort of gave me some blunt information and did a premature hang up. Centennial didn't really care about what I wantes since the car I wanted was basically flying off the lot. BUT autonation treated me with respect and although their inventory was low they gave me options and took my name down. Ms. Zulma (who is an absolute gem) called me back and told me they had what I wanted. When I walked in the staff seemed energetic and happu, and the customers seemed satisfied. Zulma and David were so nice and patient and made sure I was taken care of. What is also important is that they are still following up with me even after my purchase, which is saying a lot. They didn't overcharge me with extra hidden fees and costs like Centennial AND they gave me all of the upgrades and features I wanted and didn't recommend anything less than what I was asking for. The atmosphere is great and I am extremely satisfied. The wait for the finace staff was a bit long but they made sure I was taken care of. They even had fresh fruit and bevarges for sale while I waited. Overall, an excellent experience.

I looked on Toyota.com for a specific interior and exterior color I wanted. Noticed AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas had the exact SUV I was looking for being shipped to them. I was put in contact with Sales associate Christian C. who helped me and explained the entire process. The new vehicles sell before they even get to the dealership, so there's no test driving them. I knew what I wanted and put down a deposit to hold the SUV for me. A month later it arrived at the dealership and I went down, filled out the paperwork on a tablet, received my copies, picked the best payment plan for me, traded in my vehicle and drove off the lot with a 2022 Blue print Highlander XLE. Christian C. is amazing if you're in need of a vehicle, he will definitely help you out! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, go check them out!

Ivan Mandapat was waiting for us for our 7am. appointment. He was very polite, kind and knowledgeable. With all the updates for our RAV4. He said it would take about 3 hours for the repair. Effran was the best!!! He walked me through all the cars and spoke about the features. We test drove the cars and he helped me weigh my options. There is always some issue with service here. Just had my oil changed under warranty and they left the seat and floor protector in, put 1000 miles less than im currently at for my next oil change on my window sticker. Left greasy hand prints around my hood. I really wish there were another place to get warranty work done.

Very nice people. I got the best price for my RAV4 here. Everyone else in town added a premium onto the price over the MSRP, but AutoNation doesn’t. Saved me money and treated me great, what more can you ask for. Only downside was having to wait for the car to come in, but that is reality at any dealership right now. They are awesome!

Ivan really took care of my needs and noted the next service to be done on my vehicle. 08/11/2021 Almost 3 years now going to the service department. Having Ivan handle my services for my car and it's always great. This time though they had a new system with a ipad you would think everything is done on the iPad. But no Ivan had to go out input all the information on the iPad and then transfer it all over to the computer inside. That's more work for him... And it held up the line and Ivan has a line a long line because he is great. I'm still giving 5 stars but dam you guys on top need to figure out to stream line with this new system. 04/26/2022 When in for service as usual and it always the best. Ivan really knows how to space out services so not too much in one day.That way I can get in and out quickly as possible. 5 stars!!!

I have a 2016 RAV4 and I just wanted an oil change. I came into the dealership with my headlights working and when they brought me my car, the left headlight was inoperable. I asked the lady that brought me the car, what happened to my headlight, I know it was working when I brought it in. She did not know, she told me that she was going to get the service advisor, Kevin Grady, but he never came outside. The lady told me to go back inside and talk to him. I thought I was the customer, not him. I went ahead and opened my hood to see what the mechanic did with my headlight. Mind you, my headlight was working perfectly before I dropped it off. I start to see what the problem was by wiggling the connection and the headlight started to work again. I really thought the mechanic broke my headlight but didn’t. My question is, if I only came in for an oil change, then why was my headlight inoperable? I don’t know what kind of untrained mechanics are working at the dealership, but this is unacceptable. Customers are supposed to feel valued, and not scared that something happened to their vehicle. This should have never happened and I am reconsidering ever to take my car to the dealership for an oil change.

Bought my Toyota Camry 2021 last summer salesperson John( Pete) was beyond wonderful as well as the rest of the finance team. However the parts and service department have been awful, a week after I got the car there was a squeaking noise coming from front side whenever I’d break. I let dealer know right away brought it back they check it went away however a few days later noise came back I have taken the car in for multiple services as I do use the car for work and have put quite a bit of miles last 3 services I ask to get the noise check and one I was given an attitude from Eric, then was told they couldn’t check the car as I needed to bring it in earlier since the master mechanic wasn’t there ( even thought when I booked my appointment I specifically said check vehicle for noise) at 2/3 service brake shims were replace. Next time same thing vehicle didn’t get check this past week when I took the car with Teddy was told that there was a big gap from when it got check for noise and that due to how many miles it has because I drive it for work I would have to have rear rotors resurfaced and breaks change mind you my car has 42k mile I do realize car has been used a bit more that a normal person would use but I do take care of my car and have make sure it gets the needed services I do know I’m been treated with disrespect and get the run around for been a woman and maybe even racially. I absolutely do not recommend using there part and service department

I bought the parts, drive axle, paid over $1300.00 in cash plus the core charge $80.00 . I took the parts and returned the cores at the same time BUT it won’t give me the refund of the in cash; and said will issue a check instead. I waited one week (5 business days) the “refund check” NOT ready. I asked when it would be ready and WHY makes it so complicated. The Service Manager will NOT promise when the “Refund Check” but should be within a week. I told him IF I don’t get the “Refund Check” in another week ONLY I can do is taking the matter to the Court.

When I speak with the service on the phone they say they will give me a rental car until they will fix my car for recall, I drive 1 hour to get there the manager of the service tell me it doesn't matter what they say on the phone it's different department and they cannot give me a rental car. Even after I explained to him about my situation with two kids and work this is why I make sure before I came that they can rent for me a car, But he did not care at all and behaved disparagingly without paying any attention to details. Simply carelessness and insensitivity to the situation. I do not know how such a person runs a service department when he does not know how to give service at all. !!!

I went to ask for information to buy a vehicle for my wife, the salesman who attended me did not pay attention to me, they only told me that they did not have new vehicles and that they took time to arrive, I asked him if he had used rav4 the only thing he did was point to the cars with the finger and say there, without courtesy, without kindness, I don't know if it was because I arrived in an old car and I was wearing work clothes, I found a rav4 in Mazda CardinaleWay, they gave me very good attention, they showed me the rav4 and the process only took less than an hour for me to purchase the vehicle

The limited service performed on my truck was fine. Since then I am getting pummeled with notices that my warranty has expired (on a 2011 vehicle) and/or to add another extended warranty. Money grab, which is standard for Las Vegas businesses in general. I'll likely go back since my attempts to unsubscribe are unheeded, so what's the difference. Add all Toyota comms to spam and move on....Should there be a recall it comes in the mail or talk to NHTSA anyhow.

Absolutely terrible experience… Would not recommend anyone to even walk onto this dealership. Flew out Saturday to test drive the car, told the salesman I would be in contact Monday to buy it. RAN MY CREDIT REPORT, got approved, next day sent all my payment information and everything else. They said I’m good to go and can pick up the car within the next few days… Signed the credit card authorization form… THEN BOOM they sold it to someone else who just walked in after I gave them my payment information. Such a joke and a waste of a credit report pull.

The service team at Autonation Toyota was excellent. I’ve been taking my car there for 3 years and the team is first rate. Tim my service advisor is top notch. He’s personable and always provides the right recommendations. We decided to pitches the 5 service plan for $279 instead of doing the ala carte service. It is a way better deal. I recommend anyone with a Toyota to go see Tim at Autonation Toyota for service. I would buy my next car there if they had any inventory. The global chip shortage should ease by the end of the year.

03.18.22 - First time at this service location and I would have given it a five star but it was weird that I had to wait for the advisor automatically assigned to me when I made an appointment when there were 10 others who were just looking at their computers and talking. As you enter the place, there was nobody there to direct you as to where you should go. After about an hour and a half, my service was completed. 03.30.22 - Downgrading from 4 to 1 star. I just finished towing my car to AAA service center after waiting 2 hours in the heat for the tow truck to come. I was driving home when I thought I had flat tire. I tried to stop by my brakes were so low, I couldn't stop. I tried to pump the brakes but it didn't help; ended up using the hand brake to stop. Got a call from AAA and I was told that the lug nuts from my truck came loose. AutoNation rotated my tires as part of the service. I trusted them with my life that they would have done a thorough job servicing my car. I thank God that my tire didn't come off and brakes failed when I was on 215. 04.06.22 - I called the Service Manager, left a voicemail and no one bothered to call me back. 04.09.22 - I went to Auto Nation to talk to the manager and they did apologize for the issue and asked if there's anything else I need. Really?????? I told them to look for any damage since AAA mentioned it and I was told that there was no damage. Do I trust them? Hell no!! Let this be a warning if you want to live!!!

The service was good, but the prices are a bit overblown. I payed $40 for a small plastic radiator cap. Additionally, I would appreciate it if the reasons for repair were explained to me in greater detail, and what other services I could receive while the repair was being done so I wouldnt have to bring the vehicle back multiple times. This is in part my fault, as I should have requested this information. However, I think this should be done by the mechanics and service coordinators themselves.

The service of my vehicle was extremely fast, everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. I dropped my vehicle off to be serviced and called my daughter to pick me up. When she arrived and as I was getting in her car the service dept. called me to tell me my car was ready. Really fast service.

This has been the most exquisite experience from when I first bought my car. They had my car washed and brand new. The salesmen knew everything about the car and what I was looking for. I went to Autonation for a tire rotation and due to a recall issue. I had a pleasant experience with the attendant, M. Bigness. He explained what would be done, answered questions, explained costs and shared how long the service would take. The area was clean and well-lit. I once again visited the facility for a tire rotation and oil change. Most COVID related precautions have been lowered, and it feels safe. The service was completed in a timely manner, and M. Bigness was once again pleasant and professional, and offered deals that were available. My only concern is that they offer bottled water which means a lot of unnecessary plastic waste is being put into the trash as there are no recycling bins visible. A reasonable switch would be a filtered water machine and paper cups and the encouragement of using reusable bottles.

I usually get very good service when using the service dept at Auto Nation Toyota. The recent service was not as good. Only requested the standard oil change and a light replacement bulb on the drivers side front. The service took almost three (3) hours and i found out later that week that the light was still out. Not sure if the bulb was replaced or not. Attempted to contact my Service rep.but was unable to make contact. Will try again. I’m disappointed Larry

Shout out to Joseph P., Cesar R. And Manager Delilah. My experience was non stressful and I got more than I expected. There is always so much that goes into making a big purchase such as a car/truck but these folks helped and being new to the state helped me feel comfortable and confident in purchasing with them. 3/28/22 returning to provide further feedback. Since purchasing my truck here I’ve used the service that provides maintenance and have had my truck serviced using their mechanics. Have to say the customer service is sketchy and there is never any feedback regarding the health of the vehicle unless you ask. In my opinion customer loyalty goes a long way and if there isn’t any presentation or follow through to communicating a vehicle’s health without prompting for Information then I may not be buying nor having the truck serviced here. Do better AutoNation Toyota LV.

First time ever writing a review on Yelp and this one is a terrible review.. AutoNation Toyota of Las Vegas is an absolute joke. They ultimately lack any kind of customer service. My husband and I purchased a car in November of 2020, we took ALL we had saved to put down on a car, browsing for cars for months, after owning one car for us two for over a year. The car we purchased was a 2012 Chevy Cruze, all we could afford at the time. We were glad to add on a Toyota Extra Care PLATINUM service warranty with the finance team, they sold us on 3years/36,000 miles (as I'm sure they've sold most people on). Luckily we purchased this warranty, in less than two years of vehicle ownership (normal to and from work driving) this car has seen the inside of a dealerships service bay for MAJOR EXTENSIVE AND LENGTHY repairs almost 10 times. This poor car is currently in need of repairs AGAIN, totaling $2300. When our service advisor reached out to warranty they stated they were "sorry but the warranty claim has reached Their limit of liability, which is the fair market value of the car." LESS THAN TWO YEARS!! And repairs have exceeded $8,700. Now, Toyota Extra Care sent us a nice little warranty booklet with all the fine print and exclusions, 17 days after we purchased and went home with our car. This booklet clearly states this exclusion, however AutoNation Toyota finance team and "General Manager" Cesar Ramos have made It clear to me and my husband they had NO IDEA about this exception. NOT A CLUE! They also did not give us a single piece of paper or document stating this when we left with the car.. Instead of owning up to these mistakes and this lemon of a car they sold us, they have simply offered us to trade in the car, ya know if we have a down payment and depending on credit... WHAT IS THAT?!!? Nobody wants to take fault for their mistakes and right a wrong doing to a paying customer? Cmon. Do better AutoNation.

There is some recall for lights on my car. I called to make an appointment, and they said any time during the next week. I made the appointment for Monday early in the morning. I was told it would take about 2 hours to change the parts on my car. About ten minutes later, I was told they don't even have the parts at the moment and that I would need to come back another time. Why was I even able to make the appointment then? Other than that, everyone was pleasant. Hence, two stars. Update: Came in for a second appointment and the part was still not available. I had made sure with a representative when making the appointment. They told me the part was available. Wasting even more of my time, I drove to the dealership, checked my car in, and only then do they let me know that the part is still not available. Absolutely a horrible experience getting my car serviced here. I recommend you do not waste your time here. There are clearly some issues with employees or the system as a whole.

Never had a bad experience here not once in 2 plus years I’ve been taking my car in for maintenance and possible trade in. They always go the extra mile to do what they can to help. Ive circled between two or three different advisors, between being left in the building waiting for a finished vehicle on my last visit for over an hour, to have great service following after. The service I've received is inconsistent. When its good, its great! Thanks Jose, and the guy who did his best to accommodate me after being left waiting for over an hour on a finished car, I hate that I forgot his name but white guy there after 6-7 pm, sincerely. This last visit 5 stars, the one in December 1 star. I guess thats just how it works there. Been going there for 1 year now for my oil changes.

I have never been so frustrating with buying a car. I walked in pay deposit and was told someone will reach out to me within 4 weeks and it's now 6th week. I have been trying to reach basically everyone, the internet sales, the general manager, my sales person to get updates on the status of a Rav4 hybrid with absolutely no UPDATES! Then another sale person reached out to me and said oh you belong to some other sales person and never have anyone spoke to me. I called, emailed, texted with NO UPDATES FOR 7 weeks now. This is by far the worst car buying experience ever.

I bought a used jeep here with a oil change package. I scheduled my service. When I brought it in I was told to go have a seat and they will get it done ASAP. Fast forward an hour later…. I go ask if they know how much longer it will be. I was told you have a non Toyota so it’s minimum 2 hours for non Toyota’s. I was not told this at any point. If I made an appointment I don’t understand why just because my car isn’t a Toyota I would have to wait. It’s just an oil change. I ended up taking my vehicle and leaving.

My boyfriend has been taking his car here for service for years and we will never come back after our experience today. Extremely overpriced service - Go elsewhere! We were completely taken advantage of. We had an apt for an oil change and the techs called after 1.5 hours claiming that several other repairs were needed. They specifically told us that the car needed new control arms which would cost $1800 between parts and labor. In total, all of the work they suggested was forecast to cost $2200... a lot of money considering we only budgeted for an oil change. My partner and I are not car people by any means, but we googled control arms and approved the work because we thought it was something that had to be fixed immediately for safety reasons. Fast forward a couple hours later after we mentioned the unexpected repair expenses to a friend, and it turns out that Firestone will replace the control arms for a flat rate of $950! We immediately called Toyota to try to stop the work, but they already completed most of the job. We asked for a price match but the best they would do is discount the control arms by $425, which will still leave us with a final bill of about $1775. And who knows if we even needed the other extra work they recommended?! I spoke with a service manager at length to try reducing the changes, and he actually told me that the only way he was able to give us the $425 discount was by discounting the labor charge which takes money directly from his service technicians. Apparently service techs are now earning all the money from the labor charges they accrue for the company - Are you kidding me? We mistakenly believed that Toyota would treat longtime customers like ourselves fairly and we were very, very, VERY wrong. Save yourself from unnecessary expenses and aggravation by taking your car elsewhere.

He even had the car filled with a full tank of gas💜💜 Jason in finance also worked hard to get the paperwork done quickly and without any fuss. I bring my 2010 Tundra for routine mx. Oil changes are VERY well priced vs a random stop'n go oil change stores. I tow a travel trailer, and only trust my diff, trans, break service to a dealer mechanic. AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas does honest work and doesn't recommend extraneous services. A+

Picked out the car I wanted and they found the model and color within seconds let me know when it would arrive which was in less than a week. The price of the car was not marked up like most dealerships. The staff was friendly and honest. I dealt with Derrick and Jonathan. These guys know how to treat a customer. I can only speak to the couple of people that I'm aware of and how they did with their job. They buy used vehicles. My fiance sold them hers. Her husband has been dead for about 9 years and they had a living trust. These people did not understand how a living trust works. So they were trying to get her to prove that her husband who has been dead for 9 years can let her sell the car after he's been dead for 9 years. I know.

Autonation mailed me a 10% discount on my service, but refused to honor it today. They no longer wash your car, even after an $800 service and no one's in a hurry to make you happy, or spend a minute longer than necessary explaining repairs.

Best dealership experience ever! While other dealers during this time are charging insane markups $$ with very long wait times, Auto Nation does not charge any markup. We were concerned about stories of other sketchy car dealerships, but everyone at AutoNation is super friendly and genuinely helpful, and they don't try to to upsell, charge mark up, or push packages. Financing was straightforward and swift and proposed us the lowest rate possible straight away (we checked with other lenders ahead of time). We were helped by Danny Nguyen who was awesome, and patiently walked us through the deposit, wait time, registration and financing details. We got very lucky and only had to wait 1.5 months for our brand RAV4 Hybrid in the trim we wanted. I was even able to call and text Danny with questions about my car and he always responded quickly. Afterwards, Danny even reached out via email to see if I had any questions about the car or its features. I would encourage anyone living close to the Vegas area, even CA residents, to visit this location if they are looking to purchase a new car.

I had a question after the dealer changed one of my sister's tire and it took 3 calls and round around answer by the operator to get an answer to my question and still no one returned my call as operator said the advisor or one of the advisor or the manager will call me back. I decided to make an appointment (as advised by the operator)for someone to see the problem. Finally the advisor assigned in the beginning called after 3 days. I gave 2 star only for the frustrations and wasting my time just to get an answer for one simple question.

I brought my truck in for regular service and a lift kit install Jonathan Lobos was my service advisor and he was very helpful, they enounterd a hurdle in programming the sensors but had it done nicely. He was very courteous and kept me updated. He even offered me a rental car since it wasn't done as promised. I would definitely go back there again for my trucks services knowing I could count on them.

We purchased our 2022 Highlander Hybrid form AutoNation Toyota on 2/23/2022, and we were extremely happy with the experience overall! Our Salesaperson, Jack Rasmussen, was excellent from start to finish, keeping us updated and informed regularly as to when our Highlander would actually be arriving at AutoNation Toyota here in Las Vegas. He schooled us extremely well on the workings and various functions of our new Highlander, and to his credit, was not afraid to admit he didn't know the answers to some questions. However, ALL of such questions he immediately found the answers to from his coworkers and online. Great Experience!

Jack is the man! I ordered a truck offline from the other side of the United States. As detailed as I am I asked a million questions asked for videos and hundreds of pictures and he not once hesitated or was rude or got annoyed with my ridiculous request. I had to wait a week to get an appointment to get an oil change, The reason the phone person gave me was since I wanted to wait for my auto only so many appointments were open so that I wouldn't be sitting in a crowded waiting room because of Covid rules. There was exactly 2 other people in what I'd call the waiting area and the room is huge so I could have moves 10 feet away from anyone. When I arrives the service writer did NOT have his mask on and maybe a third of the employees seen in the lobby( they have on bright red shirts so easy to tell who works there) had their masks below their nose which is about the same as no mask. waited 1 1/2 hours . A disappointing experience I know it was a minimal service but I suspect the attitude is the same in all departments. I am shopping for a 2022 Tacoma and will be looking anywhere but Auto Nation

Left car 🚙 at 10 am for an oil change, needed to pick it up at 5 PM. Also, this Toyota dealership does not offer coupons for your oil changes. When I lived in Miami, Kendall Toyota would always send me text messages for oil change discounts and they would also send emails. I booked an appointment and they did not even send an email confirmation nor a text message, or a call to remind. Do not recommend this location to no one. Stay safe everyone.

Way overcharged for labor on simple items. It should not be $36.95 for a cabin air filter change. Absurd. Michael was unhelpful when I brought this to his attention. Chris Roth the service manager was also rude and offered no apology or clear explanation but simply said “we could have charged you for every time the mechanic touched the car but we didn’t” Will never be back here. Rude unhelpful staff who only cares about upselling you to get more money.

They’re fully aware of their 2-3 hour WAIT TIME for those who make appointments. Everyone waiting on their vehicles complained; no one says anything. Multiple people waiting outside were asked if the were picking up a vehicle and their responses “eventually.” They’re short staffed or multiple call outs or whatever the reason. The problem is they make TOO many appointments for their people to handle. If I can drop my vehicle off at another Toyota dealership and it takes 45 mins, why does it take 3 hours for the same car to get the same routine maintenance here? “Well they don’t do as many vehicles as we do.” Ok so maybe you should focus on fewer vehicles because your quality of service is LACKING big time.

Service was excellent!! Ivan estimated that the car would be serviced within three hours and he accomplished the service well within his estimate. The four new Cooper tires were replaced and tire pressure warning valves/xmtrs were reinstalled. Wheel alignment were also completed timely and within budget. Kudos to Ivan for a job well done.

My most recent service (45,000 miles) was fine. David Scheurman is always very efficient, friendly, and helpful. One minor note. I mentioned to David is that I have been having trouble getting Google Maps to work through my Bluetooth connection. For some reason, it no longer verbalizes the directions. David tried to help, noting he is not very technically oriented. When he was unable to resolve the issue, he suggested I check with the sales staff, some of whom are more familiar with the technology. I stopped by at the reception desk and they seemed uninterested in helping. After a bit of prodding one of the two gentlemen at the desk came out, fiddled with it for a few minutes and then said he had no idea what to do. He did not seem receptive to my suggestion that perhaps one of the younger sales persons might be more adept. Small thing but perhaps it said something about customer service on the sales side of the house.

This team is amazing. After having a bad experience at Findlay, where I had purchased my last two Toyotas, I walked into this dealership hoping to get a Highlander. I know this is not the best market to buy a car; however, the lease on my Tacoma was coming up and we needed a bigger car since we’re expecting another baby in September. We dealt with Courtney and she was extremely pleasant to work with. I never felt like I was being pressured into buying something and didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of as a buyer. The price sheets they presented were transparent and detailed. Even when I left to present the estimates to my wife, Courtney was responsive and kept sending me updated price sheets via email for comparison. We ended up buying a Highlander platinum and we love it so far. This was a pleasant buying experience for me and my family and we will definitely come back to see Courtney when we need another car. My family and I were 5 states away from home, passing through Las Vegas, when my 2021 Toyota broke down. This was on a Friday afternoon and the temperature was 117° out! We managed to get it to AutoNation just shortly before they closed. Brittney, at the service desk, put us in a loaner for the night and reassured us that she would have someone look at it first thing in the morning. Grateful not to be completely stranded, we went to a hotel and hoped for good news. The next day Brittney kept us informed and updated at every turn. Brought my Corolla in because of a rattling noise near the engine , found out it was the water pump. When I brought up I had a Car Shield protection that covered that part was immediately told they don?t accept Car Shield , called car shield and was told they should accept it . Went ahead and had it repaired and am trying to get reimbursement from Car Shield. Trouble checked at check out with cashiers sand they told me they never heard of it. I assume they say that because their trying to push customers to Toyota Care. Side note it?s two weeks later and I?m still try to get reimbursement, I paid $2000 over the last 16 months for the coverage and neither company Car Shield or Autonation seem to really care.

Tire's Rotated, computer system updated and car washed completed in an hour. I was waiting in the lounge while car being serviced. All was completed. As I was driving away, a call came in via Bluetooth as I answered the call the system cut off. Which is the prior problem I had been having. Finance guy Sergio was persistent as xxxx and basically said Toyota factory warranty of 5 years or 60k miles is useless and when we kindly told him no thank you several times about an extended warranty his attitude went from nice to xxxxxxx instantly. Sad that Sergio started out so nice and when he didn?t get the sale his second face came out. Hopefully they have cameras in the finance office to watch his change in attitude. I doubt anything will be done about this since Sergio shares the same last name as the GM of the dealership and that is probably why he is allowed to get xxxxty with people. Hello everyone! My dad and myself have bought 3 separate white Toyota Corolla's at AutoNation. I went yesterday to buy my 4th car there, only to find out that 1 hour later, my salesperson came back to me with the most terrible of offers on a brand new RAV 4 - In fact the offer was soooooooooo bad, it was actually offensive. I then walked over to my normal salesperson that I had just bought a car from a few years earlier, yes he was still working there, and he went on and defended her - AutoNation actually wanted $12,000 dollars down on a 30 month lease, and approximately $200 dollars a month - There was no discount for me whatsoever, even thought I have bought a total of 4 different vehicles at The AutoNation/Toyota/Nissan in the last few years. After sitting for over 2 1/2 hours to fix a nail in the tire (that by the way they said wasn’t there last week) I’ve been told multiple times it’s almost done only to have a manager tell me they were starting mine next. WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT??? & how is it that last week they said tire was great and I drove straight to Discount tire and they immediately found giant nail!!?? I went online to the website and saw the one I liked. Communicated back and forth with the dealership by text, email, and phone. Within a day we agreed on the price. Unfortunately, the day after the purchase I saw the odometer reading was about 600 miles more than what was told me. The meter was set on TripA and not the odometer. TripA had about 10 miles when I was test driving it. When I signed the paper work it represented as 15 miles. So it seemed close enough because I test drove it and they had to prep the car for delivery. But the next day I saw the big difference as I was going through the manual to familiarize myself with the car. I contacted my sales rep and met the next day at the dealership. I was told that the general manager was using that car as a demo, resulting in the added mileage. Even though it was still a new car, it was a big emotional letdown to find out that way. We negotiated additional monetary compensation for their mistake. Overall I was satisfied with the final outcome and am happy with my purchase.

Where should we start... probably by reading the recent reviews left by fellow yelpers. It won’t take long to see that this establishment doesn’t care too much about customer service. This dealership will have you commit, set up a time to pick up your vehicle and sign documents.. only to sell it out from under you. The GM knowingly aware of the transaction and dealings., still agreed to sell vehicle out from under us.. not a phone call, text, or email.. just plain poor or lack of customer service concern.. Dealerships want the customer to commit.., and will hold them to the fire, but will pull back their commitment at anytime. Great experience leasing a new Camry sales manager was great did exactly what he said offered us the lease or .9% Toyota financing but chose the lease. I would say the only minus was financing trying to up sale us expensive added warranties and that the salesman never explained the features etc of new Camry which would’ve been extremely informative so we ended up learning on the fly on way home. Also never received the complimentary Toyota care agreement with our contract number to receive the 2 year service. Other than then that definitely most easy transaction on buying a car I’ve had the hardest part was deciding to lease or buy. Would recommend.

Came in for a oil change everything was pretty average customer service was okay not bad I've seen worse. Nothing that really screamed over the top friendly , the guys who take your car and move it up the line where actually friendlier over all though everyone was pretty professional. When it came time to grab our truck back it took longer than usual they where extremely busy but the lady and someone on the other radio kept messing up the numbers so they had a hard time finding out truck two people after us got there vehicle faster than us. I would have to say invest in better quality radios .

I know this isn't one of the "Speedy" or "Jiffy" oil change chains, but seriously..OVER 2 hours?!? There was a cooler with complimentary bottles of water, and the bathrooms were nice and clean. But a heads up, or an update after an hour would have been nice.

Worst experience ever. I am a spouse of an active duty military member and returned a lease vehicle early. Two months have past since I returned the lease and I get a call from Toyota financial collection agency stating I owe the two months payment. They state this local deal never processed the SCRA correctly. Toyota financial cannot fix the issue with this dealer and after many calls to this dealer and messages there has been no resolution.

Autonation Toyota is a great dealership, they go above and beyond any other dealership I have been to. I have a 2019 Toyota Camry that is still under factory maintenance. They get me in and out quickly and also informed me that they had parts in stock for a recall on my vehicle. Even though the warranty service was less than one day they still gave me a loaner vehicle. Amazing service from all employees.

Everything was great except when I come back to change some things on the contract the finance manager, Scott, gave me some attitudes by saying he couldn't do anything. After all the big talks, I got help from sale manager allowed me to redo contract to way I want. I know it is business but it's too much with all the pushes. Scott need to change his way in customer service.

Great service, a repair shop I can trust to fix a problem that won't come bite me back in the future. I had a new water pump installed a few years back and here I was again with it leaking. I think it must have been due to them not using a Toyota part. I am always treated well and totally informed. All repairs are done in a timely manner. Thanks you guys at Toyota Service Center.

Easy when directed by Edmunds website. It still took over 3 hours and it was a cash sale. We are from California and our rep, Jack Rasmussen, told us they registration take care of all registration. After 6 weeks of waiting Jack told me to contact their agent in California. They updated me on requirements for a smog check, an additional $60. I expected Jack to take care of the extra costs and even after sending him a receipt for the work I have heard nothing. Don’t buy a car from Autonation if you live in California. Within a week of purchase the service dept advised me of the first service appointment. I’m back in Vegas for the week and service knew nothing of the appointment. We have family in Vegas and visit often, but we won’t visit Autonation.

I really tried to control myself not to waste time writing a review against this business. I have a very bad experiences on them before but yesterday I went there again. After few years of doing my services at another dealership is that, I went there yesterday because I have an upcoming trip that I need my service done ASAP. If you don't care about getting charge a hefty amount for a simple service, this is the right spot. I promise never ever this branch in Vegas. A basic tune-up with replacement of spark plugs for my 2017 SUV is $787. They charged me $35 for a $18 Gasket, Air Surge Tank to Intake Manifold. And $25.43 for a $12 spark plug. My own quote btw comes from Toyota's own website. I walked out paying $1,030 for basic maintenance stuffs but the huge portion of payment was on "basic tune up". I don't reap anything from putting down a bad review on them but this is my honest experience. I am gonna stick to my other service dealership even it's farther from me. I learned a lesson out of my pocket. . Below is what I paid for. Again, the labor is pretty much about replacing spark plugs and the basic tune-up which is pretty much a visual inspection.

Got it going and went to my Toyota dealer and they took me in immediately and took care of it. New battery and serviced my car to bring it to where it should be. This was my first experience with purchasing a car through the internet. All 3 Toyota dealerships offer internet sales. Of the 3 dealerships, only AutoNation Toyota's internet sales agent Sandra Mguiss understood how to make the transaction internet based. The other 2 dealerships uses 'internet sales' purely as a ploy to get you to go there and deal in the old fashioned way. Sandra responded very quickly and responded exactly how I requested. We came to agreement with a second interaction. This took a total of 30 minutes to come to the price of what I wanted. She was very professional, understood how professionals like me work. If you are a professional and time is important and you don't like the usual sales approach of typical on site sales tactics and looking for a Toyota, I encourage you to seek out Sandra Mguiss to help you with your transaction. It was painless, and very professional. I will certainly make my next purchase with Sandra.

I brought my car to get an oil change by the suggestion of my husband. I am always fearful of taking my car to dealerships so they could take advantage of me and my car ignorance. I was also suggested to get my wipers changed. I had a small little spider crack in my wind shield that has been there for a long long time. I pulled up to the service department with a good windshield and when my service was Done I came back to a huge crack in the windshield. Well I guess initialed something that I was aware of a crack but never got a copy. I’m not an idiot that crack across my front windshield was not there when I pulled up but it’s there after my service. Someone in the service department agitated my windshield. And I’m the idiot. Now I need to repair it and I will also need to replace my gate transponder which is such a pain with my HOA. Now I know why I hate car dealerships. Make sure anything you initial you get a copy of.

Financing department are thieves, I got approved for 2.74% interest rate through bank of america. They made a bait switch and gave me their own bank for 6.90% They mislead me that they will take care of all documents with bofa and I don’t have to do anything. I truly trust them and they did this to me. When I confronted him he said is too late, now i have to refinance to get back to lower interest rate with bofa. I have a credit score over 800. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure you read before signing any documents. they will purposely screw people who not careful.

Me and my wife had a appointment via internet with a salesman. Came there at noon ,took 20 mins till’ salesman got to us . Salesman was new ,wasn’t trained before dealing with customers. Poor kid. He didn’t know much about the car and what they have on inventory , he had to go back and forth countless time to get info from his manager. We could’ve asked for another experience salesman but we felt bad for him and we wanted him to get the sales. It’s not his fault , its Toyota’s fault for not training their employees well enough. Then the final price from the salesman is not the final price one you get to the finance person. All the extra warranties wasn’t explained before finance. So after we opt out of all the bs warranties they want you to get, we finally got our monthly payment back to what was figured out before finance after 5hrs. So the no haggling advertisement is all bs , you still have to haggle. We bought two cars from this dealer in the pass.

Scheduling service for my car due to a parts recall was smooth. After I got checked in, I asked the rep how I’d be notified the car was ready and was told they’d call the number on file which was my home phone number. I asked to be called on my cell phone number since I’d be out and about and left my number. The rep said he would, jotted down my cell number and asked if I’d like my records to be updated with the new number, to which I said yes. Six hours went by and I never received a call, so I call Autonation Toyota for an update. They pull up my information using my home phone number—the number that should have been replaced with my cell number. I find out my car was ready to be picked up 5 hours ago and they had left a voice mail on my home phone number.

Just purchased a new 2020 Camry in October. I brought it in for its first oil change. I was able to make a same day appointment and it was completed in an hour. Costumer service was great and made the process streamlined. Additionally requested a quote for some scratches on the side of my car. They emailed the quote minutes after I left. Took quite a while for my salesman to find keys for any of the Corollas for me to test drive. Made a bunch of bad excuses. Walked the whole lot with him trying to find one. And when he found out that my car didn't have floor mats, he said maybe if I wanted them he could get me a discount. Then my front facing camera was bad and they kept my new car for almost a week before fixing it. Someone else that works there heard about the floor mat thing and offered me them for free. And the car works fine now, but I was not impressed with my salesman at all. The also gave me a loaner car for the week, but it's not what you want when you spend that kind of money. Not a great buying experience. I would recommend the dealership, just not my salesman.

Had a very helpful conversation with Jose over the phone about servicing my car. The maintenance light came on and I needed a smog check. I made an appointment. When I arrived, everyone did their job seeing that I was directed to Jose. He wrote me up and directed me to the waiting area. In a short time, he came over and explained my options. “We” came up with a plan together. My car is older and needed some updating! He had checked my records of previous services from my former locations and we also considered my plans for the future use of the car. They were able to take care of everything as promised in one visit during the allotted 3 hour time period. The price was reduced a little from the original agreement, which was a pleasant surprise! Jose even saved me time by helping me with the smog certification, which being an older person is fussy for me. That was a huge relief for me! He made a future appointment for me as well so I can keep the car updated. The waiting situation was comfortable with several options so I could move around. There was free cold water and the bathroom was very clean. All the customers seemed content and the rest of the staff was very cheerful. I was surprised at the number of people there and took that as an endorsement of good service, as it was my first visit, but not my last.

I own a 2005 Prius, a 2015 Tesla S 90D. Toyota AutoNation in Las Vegas and Michael Bigness my service manager make it so easy to get maintenance and repairs. Everything is explained and priced out. Needed maintenance info is always provided. Service is available immediately and expedited. Tesla -- no one to talk to, they will fix the problem, if you can reach them, but never tell you what else you might need. Buy a Toyota, not a Tesla.

My car had a nail on my tire. All I asked was to remove. Instead I had a quote to change my entire tire and pay up $800 for something so small. They were trying to rip me off by suggesting that I had to replace my rim and sensor when in reality my sensor worked perfectly fine. In fact, I ended up in the dealer because my sensor went off. They thought I was dumb enough to believe that there were more damages than they really were. They did not show me where the damages were done and instead they expected me to believe that the damage was worse than it really way. I had to talk to management and financial services to get my quote lowered. Horrible experience overall.

Mike, the service rep, was very friendly n kept me inform the necessary steps to fix my car the whole time. the only complaint I have is part of the process involved the car computer. after I left the AutoNation, I went to get a smog ck for my car reg. I came to find out that after the car computer was adjusted, I have to drive it for x number of miles before I can get a smog ck via the computer. needless to say, I had to pay for the failed test, and had to go back again to pay for a retest. other than that, the services were very good.

However, upon my last visit, Thanksgiving week, I was really disappointed to see the lack of mask compliance (whether covering nose AND mouth or worn at all) by both staff and customers. I know we’re all sick of this, but the more we each do our share to get to the finish line, the sooner the economy can seriously start recovering. Restroom is clean enough and I saw a custodian wipe down a table once. It’s smart to just wipe down your own space if you’re going to do any work while waiting.

I wouldn’t recommend buying their service package, and seeing that they are very unprofessional thieves in that department, makes me think they wouldn’t be much good in any other department, I’ve been to 3 services so far, 5,000, 10,000, and 15,000 miles, each time I go things seem to get worse, waiting over 4 hours for a tire rotation makes no sense to me, on this last service they left their trash in the truck, stoled my AirPods, forgot to replace a hubcap on passenger side tire, I attempt to give the benefit of the doubt, but three times bad service is just ridiculous and uncalled for, I’ve reached out to them with no response, seems like each time I let them know how disappointed I am, just gets worse and worse, bad communication, bad customer service, overly long wait times, and nobody seems to respond for their carelessness, I thought Toyota was supposed to be the best, first and last time I will buy a truck here, I feel trapped and this sucks, big mistake buying their warranty service plan for 5 years

I asked the tech not to move the drivers seat , because I have plexiglass right behind the seats and the tech reinsured me that they wouldn’t , due to the COVID-19. When I received my van back the seat was pulled back and the plexiglass had to be reinstalled. Sold me a car that is found to need roughly $2500 in repairs. The AC on the passenger side blows warms air and the sideview mirror doesn?t function properly. Brought it to their attention within 5 days of purchase and was told it would be covered under warranty. I come back after the weekend for repairs and they can?t find my appointment. I drop off anyways and get a loaner, still under the impression there?s no charge. I get the call the next day that it won?t be covered cause the warranty is limited and the part that needs repair isn?t listed. Completely misleading. Did they wait until after the 5 day money back guarantee to tell me the bad news? Very likely. Do I think they were aware of the problem when they sold the car? Yes. Let this be added to the long list of warnings to car buyers that the dealership is never looking in the best interest of their own customer.

Had a very nice experience buying a new car at AutoNation Toyota. They had the model I wanted at the price I was expecting. There were no add-ons that I would not want like VIN etching. Sandy Mguiss handled the whole process to our complete satisfaction. The only hiccup was they would not accept two checks. Went to the bank and got cash.

I specifically asked that all 4 tires be checked for proper inflation. I was getting a warning of tire pressure problems on my dashboard. I took the car home after completion of service but next day same problem with warning light on dashboard showing tire pressure problems.

Made an appointment for oil change and a recall on my cars fuel pump repair. When I went to pick up my car turns out I was never scheduled for an oil change. I had clearly had spoken to the service advisor that had mention to come in early to take care of both. Will it return since they don?t stick to the same service advisor and every time I go I?m never satisfied.

My 4Runner started to shake when I would break. I took it first to Big-O on W Charleston and they told me that I need 4 new rotors and 4 new break pads as well as a transmission flush. This seemed odd to me so I took it to Auto Nations Service department on W Sahara. David Schuerman was the technician who handled my car. His customer service skills are fantastic and above all he is HONEST. Im so tired of being lied to when I take my car into the shop!! David told me that the reason my car was shaking was because 2 of the rotors were off market as well as the brake pads and they were pulsing because of the poor quality. I didnt need to have my rotors or brake pads replaced!!! Thank you David for being trustworthy and saving me hundreds of dollars!! I am a client for life!

I recently had my car at AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas to get repaired from a car accident where someone backed into me and not only dented in my back bumper, but crushed everything underneath it, and the bumper was even hanging off of the side. I have had the utmost respect from the staff at AutoNation Toyota. The gentleman that was helping me would call me every other day with an update on my car for me, and even had my car ready for me several days before it was supposed to be. The car looked perfect, like brand new again! You would never even know that I was hit by someone. It also runs perfectly! Thank you AutoNation Toyota for an easy and wonderful experience!!

I just wanted to share a positive experience with My service writer @ Auto Nation on west Sahara ave in Las Vegas NV. I have been a customer of David?s since 2017, David Schuerman new exactly who I was even with a mask on due to Covid 19 lol! He greeted me with ?Rob it?s been awhile how are you, hope you and your family are well?? We shared small talk and I proceeded to explain I am still waiting to be called back to work due to the Covid shut down here in Las Vegas. Long story short, when my truck was completed I had a surprise @ check out...David Schuerman applied a coupon to my service bill!! He?s awesome, it?s not the money it was that he listened and ?cared? ....it?s the small things that make people smile even wearing a mask. Hope David Schuerman is my service writer @ Auto Nation Toyota for a long time. 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤 I was trying to make an appointment with AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas on 08/12/2020 at 8:30 AM for a routine maintenance. I used to go online to make an appointment and found it helpful when the website showed an estimate of the cost. Since they removed that feature, I've been calling for a quote instead. Not knowing what my car needed, I asked the representative to tell me based on my history. She became agitated with her tone and said that I would need an oil change and the rest would be based on what the technician would recommend. Doubtful, I responded with "I'm pretty sure I've gotten quotes from you guys before" and that was when she started to incessantly yell at me and placed me on hold. I've never felt so belittled and helpless before. Looking back, I don't even remember what she said; I just recall the yelling. I asked her why she was being so rude and she denied her attitude. I'm not sure what I did to merit that kind of service but I hope that no one goes through that again. She was downright RUDE. I ended up hanging up because I felt like she placed me hold to get rid of me.

The buying process was very efficient. During the pandemic the dealership has taken appropriate measures to protect the employees and customers. Brought in my 2010 Prius on 8/10 as it would not start. Battery change was needed, no issue. Went to pick it up and there was grease stains on the drivers door, camel color fabric. Asked valet for manager or service advisor and of course there is no one available. He then told me to go to Autozone and buy some fabric cleaner and clean it myself. Not Great Customer Service, now Im off to pay for a detail.

Highly recommended! We enjoyed the entire car buying experience. They didn't low-ball our 104k mile trade-in like other dealers did. Price for the new car was reasonable, they even showed us the invoice pricing. Many other dealers hide that, as if some sort of trade secret. My husband and I started going here because we assumed a Toyota dealership would give us the best service for our Toyotas. Each time we've gone, the aggressive sales-pitch mannerisms of their technicians has escalated. The straw that broke the camels back was when we took my husbands car in last weekend. He received a text message (on his personal cell phone) from someone (a human, not a bot) at the dealership asking if he'd be interested in trading in his car for an upgrade, completely unsolicited. When we took my car in the following weekend, I hadn't even made it off of the lot after dropping my car off before receiving both an email and a phone call from another human at the dealership asking me if I'd like to trade in my car for an upgrade. Neither of us consented to being solicited to like this. The entire experience felt like a high pressure sales situation and frankly, why car dealerships get such a bad reputation. We will not be bringing our cars back here and we discourage anyone we can from it.

My service advisor was Kevin Grady and since the shuttle service is no longer available I had no way to get home with a projected wait time of 4-5 hours (having to sit in the waiting room wearing a mask, not even any coffee machines available now due to COVID, wish I had known that in advance!) I asked him if he could try to reduce the wait time since I knew I would be uncomfortable and I was out of there in 2 1/2 hours, everything completed including car wash! Very Professional atmosphere, I was about number 15 in line when doors were opened at 7:00am and vehicles were pulled right into the Breeze way. I waited in line for about 5 min. to see my agent Kevin and as always he had me processed and out of there in another 5 min. I might of been there a total of 15 min. tops. He asked me for an honest mechanic’s number, told him that the only place I trust is your mechanics at Toyota, told him to take the car there and see what they say ( his first time going by himself to a car shop). I made an appointment with Eric Morrison June 25 10:30am. The car was taken to the shop, my son was told that there was a big leak and offer him to change the condenser about $986-$1400, his car value about $1000 maybe. He was charged $197.98 If the mechanic and the service advisor new how big the problem was, they shouldn’t filled it up when it was going to leak all as soon he left the shop. Talking about honesty !! Please make it right. I’m sending you a couple of pics taken by my son when Eric showed him the problem. You’ll see the gas coming out. I came to AutoNation Toyota dealership because my battery is my Avalon was bad because during the pandemic I haven’t been driving it. I had called and was going to put a new battery in the car for $200+. While checking in with service advisor Mikal Bigness, he told me that the battery was still under warranty and it could be replaced for free. He could have not told me that and installed the $200 battery that I had come to the dealership for. I was pleasantly pleased.

I received a recall notice from Toyota concerning the airbags on my 2016 Corolla. I arranged with the nearest Toyota dealership (Auto Nation) and made an appointment. They were very efficient in receiving both me and my car. The service manager David Schuerman had all my car's info and even noticed a prior service notice for my car. He scheduled both services to be completed. They promptly notified me in a call when the service was complete. Everything was quick and painless. Great service.

Mark was my service manager in the service department. His service was remarkable. I scheduled a appointment to bring my car in thinking I needed a break job and a replacement of my air conditioner blower. After the inspection of both Mark informed me that it was not necessary to replace my brakes at this time. And on top of that much to my amazement the blower did not need replacing. It only needed to be cleaned out. Then much to my surprise I was told that service was Complimentary. Wow! that's unheard of these days. Thank you so much Mark and Autonation Toyota! I'll be back 😊

Please do not expect the salesperson giving you good recommendations and relevant knowledge for the car, do not expect the cpo is ready-to-go with all NECESSARY parts. I didn’t even meet the service agent, Mark G, that I had an appointment with originally until the end when he snatched the work order out of my hand. Someone else checked me in and told me, “that he will be with me in a second.” But, was not. I brought my car in for my “warranty maintenance” and issue with the driver’s side seat is NOT locking properly, is still Not Working Properly. Mark hands me a work order, and then rudely tells me to wait, “not even in the right place.” I’m the customer and I was treated like an employee that didn’t know the process or something. I didn’t get explanation on what was done to the car, Nothing. I still do Not know what’s going on. Is this how they treat people under warranty? This is becoming my biggest regret. Someone can please reach out to me. I would gladly take this down. I want my driver seat properly fixed, I’m Still under warranty.

The finance dept here is dishonest. I purchased a VPP (extended warranty) when I bought my used vehicle here. A few days later I decided it was not needed and went back to fill out paperwork to cancel warranty. I was told it would be sent in within a few days and takes 8 weeks for a refund to auto loan. Well I waited 8 weeks and nothing was ever sent. My texts, emails and calls went unanswered. I got the phone number from the warranty company to cancel VPP myself. If you canceled products sold to you by finance manager and never were refunded heres what you need to know. Call Autonation Shared Service Center at (972)501-7400. Tell them what happened and make sure you have a copy of your paperwork to cancel product. They will expedite refund and send it to your lender to credit the vehicle loan. I got my refund within 3 weeks of calling them. Good luck! I wont ever set foot back on Autonation Toyotas lot!

The Parts and Service department are really responsive to customer needs. I called to see if Toyota Nation had running boards that would fit my 2020 4Runner. The parts guy said that they did and transferred me to Joey Martinez. I told Joey that I would like to look at what they had the following day and I would come in early. The next morning I met with Joey, he showed me what was available. Then very quickly he got me a loaner car and in a couple of hours the job was done. Right price and right now. Wow. Oh, that was on Joey's day off.....customer service!!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at AutoNation. It took over three hours for me to sell my car. The car was in a Family Trust all of the documents were complete and with me and they acted as if this was an unusual transaction. The amount of time I had to sit around and wait was unbelievable. The salesperson was very helpful and attempted to work with me however the policies and procedures that AutoNation had in place was absolutely awful. I would never go back again!

i went there to trade in my camry that has no issue with tires or so whatever but i am pretty aure 100% that inhave some scratches on my rims that they inhave my maintenance service then they let me bring home the brandnew Rav 4 for a week so i wait until i get approve they week has pass still there asking me for more downpayment so i decided to pull my camry back so we return the rav 4 and drive home my camry then i found out that the sensor of my tire is kinda low soni went to gas station to fill air on my tires suddenly i found out my tires has damage so i went back to toyota so an agent cal this âmanagerâ of a used car appraisal name i think Lance and he told us that he take a pic of all damage including the scartch rim soni said where is the damage that youre saying it was a old tire damage and he said it was there on the pic i said show it to me zoom it but whata heck he cant even hell show me the damage and he was claiming that it was not obvious i said show me the pic and zoom it and bec he cant show anything to me he walk out and said ok i will call your agent and he just walk away..... If you have prearranged financing elsewhere, they still insist you complete their credit app. So your credit shows multiple inquiries and they get all your personal info. Would be afraid of any car from a place like this.

they don't care about their customers. they are only interest in bleeding you money. don't buy your car there. most disgusting is they will tell you you are a VIP and then distract you while signing documents. your negotiated rate of 1.9% for 5 years becomes 2.9% for 6 years and the GM said, oh sorry, we cannot do anything, you signed the papers. they used to make you feel valuable. now, they make you feel like you are nobody. 18 years as a customer and did not mean anything. We got a letter for our 2006 Tacoma on a recall for a leaf spring replacement. On that letter there was no disclosure on the terms it just said "free of charge" when we got to Toyota they told us there was a $160.00 fee because our truck was lifted. I showed them the letter and told them how I felt about the letter not saying it had to be on manufactured condition if not there will be a charge. Their come back was it's more labor when they are lifted. We ended up paying because it is a safety issue but I just dont believe it was right that we got charge that letter was misleading.

the agent was helpful.the time waiting was long almost 3 and half hours.the car wash was not allowed because I told the agent it was painted recently and no car wash for a month. he wrote a note but his not was ignored and i see paint is lighter now

Everyone was very pleasant to talk to and my experience was great up Until the point of getting the car. Overall, I think the service department as a group betrayed my trust. I understand that certain things may be overlooked. However, I do not tolerate disregard for safety. After getting the vehicle back into my possession. Inreviewed that the inspection showed tire life to be optimal and all the tires pressured to the appropriate and safe pressure. I noticed that the TPMS light was on. I trusted that since the tire pressure was noted as normal, handwritten as normal on the inspection form, that the light would go off. After 30minutes and a 20 miles, the light persisted. At that point, I decided not to return to the service department. Instead I took the vehicle to a local Diacount Tire that I trust all my other cars to. The tire pressure noted as 35 psi at the Toyota dealership inspection sheet was actually at 25 psi for all 4 tires. Please keep in mind that the TPMS light was on at the dealership. Discount Tire simply pumped the tires up, the light went off, and after a week the pressure is in normal range. In summary, everyone greeted me with politeness and a smile, however they all broke my trust in that the vehicle would be in as safe a condition as possible after leaving the dealership. Let alone, a basic yet very crucial part of car safety, tire pressure, was overlooked on many ends. Fortunately, no accidents, vehicle collisions, or injury took place. I will never go back and I advise all car owners to be vigilant in ensuring that the car care they receive is complete for safety. If you decide to go to this dealership, tread carefully and double check the work if possible.

Monday morning can always be busy especially when you are under staffed but my service advisor (David Sherman) sat at his desk to the left of the service advisor area all by himself as he juggled phones and customers (several customers) and you could tell that he was overwhelmed by every
